I received great service from Technician Akeem. He was professional and took his time cleaning my AC with skill and care. I utilized United airtemp for scheduled maintain they called and offer a seasonal special of $69.99 which is a great price. Glad I took the offer and plan to get other units serviced. My American homeshield warranty company contractors with them so I felt good about using them on my own. Keep skilled and professional technicians on staff like Akeem who make the company look good. I have been with United Air close to a year. Elio is one of the good professional group. He visited my house today for a routine visit and, he was very knowledgeable and polite as well, respectful of my property. He also provided a good advice on how take good care of my air conditioning unit and, how to keep it in good condition. I appreciate his hard work and integrity.
Was given an hour time arrival window, which is not typical, it is usually a 4 hour window for most companies. The technician arrived early in the window and was very professional and efficient. They went over what they found and what things they repaired.
We had an emergency on a day whereby the temperature was over 100 outside and our air quite. American Home Shield contacted United Air Temperature and they came out immediately. Christopher was very knowledgeable and professional and resolved our issue and even suggested we get a surge protector to prevent this from happening again. Big thanks for helping us because with 2 seniors and 2 dogs, that high temperature in the house could have been dangerous quickly. I would definitely request United Air Temperature if there are any other issues concerning our Air conditioning system. Thanks again.
I called and scheduled a check up on my system through American Home Shield. The tech arrived and said that the air handler needed a cleaning. After the warranty company said they don’t cover it the price I was given seemed steep so I declined the service. Now my AC is not working because it is constantly freezing which it wasn’t doing before your tech checked it out. I sent an email because I do not like leaving negative reviews but no one has responded so here we are. UPDATE… I was contacted by the service department and they rescheduled with me and came out assessed the situation and replaced the parts and resolved the issue. The made sure the system was functioning properly before leaving and said to call if any problems arise.
United called to check up and schedule a routine heating pump maintenance visit which was perfect since the week prior the heat did not turn on. Elio came out and was able to confirm my issue is with my thermostat (which happens to be through my security system.) He made sure to listen to the things I went through when I called the security system company to calibrate my thermostat since they insist it’s my hvac. Since I have previous history going through this with them I knew it’s not my hvac. Elio explained his steps and procedures as he went along. Ran diagnostics and made some suggestions for overall maintenance and upkeep. It’s only my second visit from United but both times the techs have been courteous, professional and helpful.
