The service was professional and quick. I was able to get a dumpster the same day I called. Will definitely use them again if I need a dumpster.

We called to request a dumpster and they arrived within an hour of the request. After we filled the dumpster and called for pickup they promptly picked it up, dumped it and brought it right back. The owner is very nice. Give them a call. We called everyone else in the area. This service is cheaper, and the service is outstanding. Thanks so much Mistie and Jeff Ward

The service that was provided was 100% arrived the date requested and was picked up on the date asked for. Also yes the guy I talked to sounded a lil quick with answers but was blunt and to the point. With a simple yes or no on a text message would be great as well. But these reasons are no reason to give them any less of a rating. If I ever need another dumpster or someone ask I will definitely refer them to you.

My fiancé and I have used Big Al’s multiple times for dumpster services without issue. On our most recent rental Big Al came to pick up the dumpster and proceeded to rant to my fiancé (who is white) about some problematic customers he had calling them the “N” word. When my fiancé confronted him about the slur mentioning that his fiancé was black he brushed it aside with a very weak apology continuing on with his rant. Would not recommend! This is incredibly disappointing behavior from any business owner.

Oh wow,I just had a most terrible encounter with this company Big Al’s Dumpster Rental Longwood.Called yesterday and spoke to someone who was very rude and seemed very upset that I called. I had gone on the website and decided on a 20 cu yd the dimensions in their photo are 6’high10’wide 30ft long. When the employee came I asked if that was 20yds I asked why it wasn’t the same as what was shown on the website Oh that made him 😡 he said if I didn’t want it he would load the Fing dumpster up and take it back. I’m standing with $400.00cash in hand. Cursed at me several times in front of the people who were here helping to clean my yard and my son. Needless to say I said “load it up.” This is Big Al’s Dumpster Rental on 17-92 Longwood they also have a business in Apopka.What a unprofessional mean sported person.
Would never recommend them.They were cheaper than most by about $50.00 not worth the abuse the owner gives you. Stay away from Big Al!!!

Very happy with Big Al's. Prices were fair, big Al delivered the dumpster himself, very friendly, Flat fee, no hiddens charges, they picked it up timely. I would use then again and highly recommend them.

I called big al for the grapple truck the following day he had Mike out who was nice to deal with. We had our doubts on if the load was going to fit he did alot of stuffing and shuffling to make it work. We will be using these guys again!

When looking for a good sized receptacle, Big Al's knows what you need. Knowledgeable, eager, and quick, they cut through your questions and to the chase to get you a dumpster tailored to your needs. No BS, they got me a 4x7x12 10 yarder that was a perfect fit for a tear out job on a small Lake Mary bungalow. Saved me time, my rear, and pennies on the dollar for a work bid.

We found “ Big Al’s” dumpsters online May 2019 we made a request to have 20 cu ft dumpster as we had to remove old sod.Big Al was knowledgeable, efficient and on time with delivery and pick up. His secretary was also nice. We made payment over the phone and received an email receipt right away.
Service was prompt and without any problems.

Big Al's dumpster is a great company. I use him for all my house demo's and all of my debri haul away's. He is quick responsiveness and will do his best to accommodate me on my scheduled drop offs and pick ups if you. I orderd 7 dumpsters and with out dought,, he had my dumpsters picked up and emptied out and brought write back for me without holding me up hands down thank you big Al for taking care of me i will always use big Al dumpster ,,,Dugan's demolition and hauling
