What kind of person leaves a 1 star review for a company that employs disabled people because they didn't call you back? Do you really think this is all these individuals are good for, free labor? They do a tremendous service for disabled individuals and your lousy review, because they wouldn't help you get free labor, can really hurt a NON PROFIT business like this.

I am very pleased with Your Neighborhood Lawn Service. They are very hard working & professional! Craig has a very budget friendly method of pricing that works for me since I am older on a tight budget. I highly recommend them!

I found this business on Everybody's Business etc. Communication via email was fast, professional, and transparent. The owner conducted an assessment virtually without seeing the property. Unfortunately, I couldn't hire them because the owner wanted an hourly rate per worker for a residential property. This lawn service might benefit others if it was offered at a reasonable flat rate. Make sure to read the contract details carefully.

I just spoke with Craig about my dad's yard. Craig is a very understanding and helpful person. We need more thoughtful and kind people like him.

I've been with Your Neighborhood Lawn Service for several years and am very appreciative that they are highly reliable, offer good communication, and it's owned by a friendly owner who wants to give the best service he can. Though I currently only use them for mowing & edging. I'm glad to know that when I can no longer work in the gardens that I have someone I can trust, just a phone call away.

This is a small company but a very well put together and established one. The owner Craig is very polite, and well mannered. His customer service e is excellent and is very thorough. His few workers are great at their job and get things done very efficiently. I definitely would recommend for you who’s reading this; if you have a lawn that needs tending to they are the guys to call. Even refer a friend or family member whose lawn is maybe in need of a touch up.

I have been a happy custoomer of Craig's for longer than I remember. I think at least 10 years. He is simply the best. My lawn always looks great after he has cut it. His prices are reasonable. More importantly, he is responsible, reliable and honest. He updates me if he is running behind schedule because of weather or other delays. His customer service is great. He responds to emails and messages in a timely manner. I 100% recommend him.

I understand businesses get busy, but completely ignoring potential customers is not a great look. If you’re not taking on new clients, just say so.

Disappointing experience overall.

Israel did an awesome job with our yard. Super reliable, showed up on time, and paid attention to all the little details. You can tell he actually cares about the work he does. Everything looked clean and well done when he finished. Definitely recommend him if you need landscaping done!

Not the service I was expecting. First off, I put in a new lawn for $15k. I chose this lawn service to care for the new lawn, which looked amazing. I was sent a proposal with add-ons for weeds. I added both of them. It was a little pricey for the size lawn, but I wanted to take care of my investment as I was selling the home. I was told that if any sprinkler heads were hit, I would be made aware immediately. Well, twice it happened, and I wasn't told either time. Therefore, an 8 ft dead spot formed. Weeds grew not only in the beds but also throughout the driveway. I sold the home within 6 weeks. By then, the lawn looked terrible. I'm glad I was able to sell the home, but I am extremely disappointed in the service. When I sent messages, all I received were justifications for the lawn looking that way. When I hire someone to do a professional job, I expect it to get done right. I did not get that in this case at all. It felt like all the right things were said in the beginning to get my business.

Craig and his team have been phenomenal in maintaining the lawn and keeping my yard looking amazing! They always show up no matter what the weather is! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a lawn service!
