We had a client who's roof needed to be washed before we rejuvenated it. We hired Perfect Pear and were not disappointed. Martin and Mariano did a fantastic job! They were approachable, considerate, and answered all of our customers questions. We will be using them again.

We were looking to have our house, roof, workshop and fence cleaned, and am so glad we went with Orlando Perfect Pear! We had researched them online, and found that they were highly rated, so we decided to talk with them. Our whole experience, from talking with Garrett who walked us through the whole process and answered any questions we had, to Jevian and Zion who were right on time and did an amazing job on everything, they were willing answer any questions or concerns I may have had and were very friendly and respectful the whole time. My house, workshop and fence look fantastic! The whole process was an extremely positive one, and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to have their home cleaned.

Perfect Pear was quick to respond to inquiries and to complete the job! They sent plenty of reminders and updates about the service to let us know when they would arrive, etc. and even took pictures of our roof for us. They did a great job cleaning our roof and we will definitely keep them in mind for any future pressure washing needs.

Have had such a great experience with Perfect Pear. From the first contact, to the very quick quote appointment, really fast and efficient scheduling. I was already super impressed. And then the experience of the actual project, Martin and his assistant were fantastic. My house looks like it was freshly painted, and you can't beat that clean smell. I would highly recommend calling Perfect Pear for any exterior cleaning needs! I had them clean my roof, house, as well as the driveway and sidewalks. They did an excellent job! I will be calling them from now on!

For being exterior cleaners they sure made the exterior of my entire neighborhood dirty. By littering all over our sidewalks and drainage systems with these flyers with binder clips as paperweights to throw out of a car window.

Safe to say I will never use this company.

We have been using Perfect Pear for almost a year now for outdoor cleaning and we are extremely happy and satisfied with their services. Not only are they very thorough with their cleaning but very responsible. Our tech today was Noe and we can’t say enough of how professional and thorough he was with the soft roof cleaning and pressure washing our driveway and pool deck. We will continue to recommend this company for their outstanding services.

Jared did a great job on our roof cleaning. He was very professional and explained everything. He took care of all of my mom’s plants. Most importantly, he worked around our solar panels. We had contacted other companies who were unwilling to even do our roof because of the panels. Thanks to Jared, Deland, and Xandra for great communication and customer service!

Excellent job on cleaning the roof and solar panels, the gutters, house, decks and porch, and the driveway and sidewalks. These are all places that I wouldn't and couldn't get to or know how to clean. Well worth the money!

Called Perfect Pear (PP) for a roof cleaning. First application was not nearly satisfactory. Very disappointed with poor results. Associate told me to wait a few days and it will get better. Called after a few days and requested a second cleaning. PP returned and applied a second application which produced much better results. I asked why the first application failed. It appears the first cleaning mixture was flawed.
Cannot give PP 5 stars since it was not done right the first time. I felt PP should have performed a follow-up to inspect the job and before sending an invoice.
In the meantime we are now satisfied with the result. PP did communicate well and professional throughout. I would recommend them for exterior cleaning.

Jared from Perfect Pear did an amazing job!!! My house is sparkling and so is the pavement. He informed me of everything that would be done for the service and even made adjustments based on my current needs. He even offered to clean the skylight windows!! Had roof cleaned. Skylights were filthy. After spray they were still brown streaked cloudy so I showed tech and he said he would reapply chemical AND use rag to try remove stains ....voila!!! Before/after photos. Look BRAND new. Kept all plants around house safe and my lanai carpet free from chlorine as well. I would highly recommend this company !

I just started the outdoor maintenance plan and had the first service. Everything looks so mice and clean. Because I am getting older I can no longer do a lot of the outdoor maintenance that I did in the past so this service is really helpful for me.
