Great clean home exterior! They did a great job with pressure washing and cleaning exterior cushions.. We highly recommend Corey!

The crew came pretty much on time and check the area, very nice people by the way ( included Margaret who help me with the entire process).
We used them for our roof but they offer a very wide range of options for cleaning.
The smells of chlorine is not that strong so for sensitive noses is very well appreciated.
I will definitely use their services again in the future.

I want to give my honest review of Perfect Pair Exterior cleaning. I have to say - the results exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, the process was professional, timely, and thorough.

Joey arrived exactly on time and walked me through the quarterly service before starting. He handled everything from pressure washing the driveway and patio to cleaning the walls, our canvas awnings, and exterior windows. What really impressed me was the attention to detail and meticulous detailing.

Overall, I highly recommend Perfect Pair Exterior Cleaning. They have made a noticeable difference in my home’s curb appeal, and the piece of mind knowing it was done right is worth every penny.

I had my first treatment today Francisco was my technician and I want to say he was very professional He explained in detail everything that that would be done and what I should expect
Then he entertained all my concerns
He spent 4 hours at my home paying close attention to fine details
Once completed we did a walk round I was thoroughly satisfied
But most of all he was able to remove the brown stains along the bottom of my PVC fence
I've tried for years yoga e that removed
Myself nor people I paid to pressure wash could remove it
But on the first day Francisco was able to remove it Now my fence loooks as good as new
So for this first visit I'm very happy and would reckon this company to my friends
I'm already scheduled for a follow up treatment because the company wasn't satisfied with of details that I didn't notice
Hopefully all my visits are as pleasant as this one

So happy I went with Perfect Pear. They were very professional, friendly and honest. I had my pool enclosure cleaned and my gutters cleared out back in June. They did an amazing job. They went above and beyond by also cleaning the outside frame of my sun room that the pool enclosure was attached to. Highly recommended 👌 The photo below was taken several months after they were cleaned and they still look like new.

Perfect Pear Home Pros saved my Mom's slate floors! They quickly came in, cleaned and safely removed the old sealer and had the right sealer product to restore the floors to their former (non peeling) glory without a chemical mess. I highly recommend them!

I really like their communication. They provide very good details about their services and they work expeditiously to resolve any issues. They soft washed my roof but I wasn’t completely satisfied, so they quickly arranged to return and resolve my concerns. It’s always a pleasure doing service with them 🏆💐

I learned of this company when I found their flyer in my yard with a metal binder clip attached to it. I assumed it must have blown there from my front door and didn’t think much of it. That was until I walked my neighborhood and discovered that Perfect Pear had littered its flyers all over my neighbors’ properties, too—the flyers were laying in driveways, front yards, and the street. When I looked up Perfect Pear, I saw that another local resident complained of the same littering 4 weeks ago. The owner responded dismissively, and rather than take accountability for littering potential customers’ property, the owner simply said he would avoid that person’s neighborhood in the future. Perfect Pear should discontinue this practice and find a way to market itself that doesn’t involve littering. I will not be using this company for my cleaning needs. The photos were each taken at different homes in my community.

Jarrod and Greg came out to pressure wash Leland Managements parking lot and did a phenomenal job and were very helpful and knowledgeable! Definitely recommend for future services.

By far the best service I jave had for power washing and roof cleaning veterans power was was well prepared and very professional they also gave me agreat price! Will definitely use them from now on.

Working with Perfect Pear Company was such a great experience! From the moment Deland came out for an estimate through the roof cleaning, the whole team was communicative and professional. I knew what was happening every step of the way. They even sent pictures while cleaning my roof, explaining the process. Their estimate was very comparable to other companies but what stood out was the variety of services, the packages offered and their professionalism. My roof looks great!

I highly recommend this company for any exterior house cleaning needs you may have. We recently had our home’s exterior & windows washed, our pool deck sanded & sealed and all concrete pressure washed. The team was on time, very courteous and friendly and provided high quality work. On top of that, I was originally misquoted a price (that I thought was fair and agreed to) and someone called to tell me that there was a miscalculation and the price was actually a couple of hundred dollars lower. We will continue to use Perfect Pair in the future!

If I could give Perfect Pear 10 stars, I would. I am their newest & biggest fan. I found them while searching online for a company to clean my pool screen, and then discovered all the other exterior house cleaning services they provide.

The videos on the website are helpful, describing their process of soft cleaning and maintenance, and so I brought them out for a consult. Deland, the owner showed up - training a new sales guy. I loved the cowboy has, the branding, and their professionalism. The service they offer seemed like a good deal (they kept saying, "we'll clean that" (the driveway, the roof, the exterior, the pool screen, the patio furniture, the fence) so we agreed to sign up for their maintenance program. They communicated every step with us - from confirming our appointments, to introducing us to our technician.

And then ... they showed up and they blew me away!

Their dedication to over-delivering and cleaning my driveway, and the exterior of my house. I don't think it's EVER been this clean since it was painted. There were some streaks on the windows that I didn't like and they took care of it - without being weird about it. Total professionals. Knowing they will come out every quarter to keep it up makes me so happy.

They seem to to really care about the quality of their service and to listen to their customers. They are dedicated to making sure you're happy. And they are hard workers. I'm in awe of how much they offer.

Wow! I’m so glad I signed up with Perfect Pear. They just finished the first visit to my 100 year old home. They took their time and really made sure everything looked sparkling new before they left.
