Josh called ahead and arrived right on time. He was courteous and professional. He did a walk through and measurement, and we agreed on the square footage to be cleaned. Well, all I can say is “WOW”. My tile floors had never been professionally cleaned in 17 years. The grout in the high traffic areas such as the kitchen were super dark. Josh was able to make all my tile and grout extremely clean. It was nothing less than a miracle. If I had only known that my floors could look this good for an extremely fair price I would have done it years ago. This will become a once a year ritual from here on out. Thanks Josh!

My fiancé and I decided to host a large party for his coworkers at our house recently. But years of entertaining took a toll on our tile... So we decided to get them cleaned professionally for a change. We did some research and saw extra care carpet and tile cleaning. I was a little skeptical since the company is fairly new but the reviews spoke very highly of the owner, josh. We gave him a shot and words can not express my satisfaction!!!! The customer service was superb and the tile looks better than when we moved in!! You can tell by his vast amount of knowledge that josh has been doing this for a long time and is passionate about his work and his customers. He even gave me a suggestion to clean my floors with vinegar so the grout stays looking new. I am 100% satisfied with this company and they will forever be my go to floor cleaners. Can't wait to get my carpets done now!! :D

Wonderful service! Very professional! Josh came to my house and cleaned my tile. I have two dogs and four cats so you can imagine the mess that comes with that. The tile doesn't even look like the same tile. It's amazing! Josh was super nice and the prices were reasonable. I'll be using this service again and I definitely recommend it!

Josh is did a great job on cleaning our carpets and tile & grout. There were several soiled areas that my husband could not get out, but he was able to do so. Prices are very reasonable. I will definitely use his services again and recommend him to all my friends.

Josh was so very friendly. I would recommend him. I have tile that has not been cleaned in 21 years. What a difference. He took care with our wood floors and cleaning up residual water. He also went over trouble spots by hand. It's not like new but after 21 years of dirt and grime it looks pretty good. I was going to use one of those national companies but I know they will do their best to up sell me on other things. I did not want to deal with that. Josh did not up sell. He did exactly what I wanted done. I suggest giving your local owned and operated folks a call like Josh.

So impressed with Josh! He came out when agreed and did a great job on our carpets. It has been several weeks and they still look great. He is very professional, friendly and a hard worker. His equipment is new and does a thorough job. Our carpets look great and I would definitely use him again and recommend him.

The price was so reasonable and the cleaning was very thorough! I have two small dogs so the carpets needed love after being here two years. Josh was quick, professional, and did a great job! He was even really great with meeting the culprits (my puppies 😂)
