Elijah installed the amazing unit and was knowledgeable on the system. Polite and well mannered. Brandon was amazing as well knowledgeable on system and other questions that was answered. The quality and professional manner they both used was performed above and beyond the call of duty!

They responded immediately even though it was late Friday evening. I had a consultation, total replacement—removal and installation done within a week. They were fast and efficient. Always available for questions. They stayed in constant communication. Before, during and after. Personable employees. Remembered my concerns and addressed them with care. I would recommend this company. I have used several other in Kissimmee Florida. They always left me wanting and needing more. This company is outstanding to work with. I never had any issues.

As a sales professional in construction I want to say how very thankful I am for doing business with Handy Air. The salesman, Kirt gave me a detailed proposal and took the time to answer my questions. This was my first time purchasing a new A/C unit so I needed help with product knowledge. The owner, Kenny also came to my home to answer additional questions and explain how an inverter system works. Their diligence was greatly appreciated and made the decision process less stressful. The installer, Migael showed up on time, was also professional, and worked in such as way that it was apparent he takes pride in the quality of his work. The man spent hours in the attic diligently working on first removing the old system and then installing the new. The work appears to be done flawlessly and he cleaned everything up and removed the old equipment. Our new system is very quiet and keeps the house at a more constant temperature. We are very pleased!
Being in the business, I know many companies operate mostly likes sales organizations. They emphasize sales at the expense of quality products and customer service. It's a pleasure to work with a company that puts a high value on the customer.

Really great experience with this company. We just bought a house in Palm Bay and the AC died on us a week later. It was too old to repair and we knew that. They gave a fair price for a new system, showed up when they said they would, and installed it within a day. Everyone I dealt with was kind and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Mark was here today to check my 39 year old Aircon ducts. 3 other Aircon Companies checked my Aircon ducts and said it needs to be replaced. 1 charges $11,00. another charges $9900 for both Aircon and new air ducts, Handy Air, Mark came. He said my 39 year old Aircon ducts are are still good and my 20 year old Aircon is still good. So I do not have to replace it. Very honest Mark. Very honest Handy Air. Thank you. God bless you.

Called up for a basic quote, spoke to Crystal she seemed polite kind and professional. Then a gentleman jumped on the line who was rude and abrupt. He wasn’t even courteous enough to introduce himself. I explained to him my current set up. He told me I needed a larger unit which was fine but the way in which he spoke to me I definitely didn’t want to have him in my home giving me an estimate. I think that businesses have lost the art of being tactful and dealing with their customers. I definitely will not be using their services and I would recommend finding an AC service that is courteous and professional.

Update: Brandon the service manager returned my call and apologized for the miscommunication and abruptness of the owner Nick. I respect that tremendously. I understand operating a business can be hectic and sometimes you just don’t have the time to talk on the phone. So by trying to convey as much information as possible in a short amount of time we may come off rude and abrupt. Nick stay off the phone 😉 you have an ace in the hole with your service manager Brandon. I will definitely give them a second chance to earn my business.

I’m very please with my service. Raul was very professional and knowledgeable of the system. He was very polite and expressed care for our needs, he was a great listener. Wilson the sales person was the best. He made sure we were comfortable in the house until the system was installed. The system was installed the next day. Wilson also displayed care, consent and was very professional and knowledgeable. The best service I had in years. They catered to all of our needs. I strongly recommend this company

Brandon and his team were highly responsive, professional and attentive throughout the sales, contract and install process. We could not have asked for a better experience. The unit was installed within 24 hours of the contract being signed. The installers were on time, worked incredibly efficiently and took time to explain everything and answer all our questions. Again, was an awesome experience overall.

Travis came out on a Tuesday at 3:00 pm by 5 he had a game plan! Raul came the next day at 9:00 am and installed our new system! We also got all new insulation in our attic! Very pleased with Handy Air! Also, all the girls in the office i spoke with were very nice and extremely helpful! I would and have recommended Handy Air to other friends! 10/10! From start to finish!

If I can give more than five stars, I would !! So happy I chose to go with this company for my AC installation. Eli arrived earlier, then scheduled time and finished the install faster than I’ve seen in my 4 1/2 years of fixing and flipping houses. My technician went above and beyond by even helping me and giving me advice on other fixes need to be done around the house. Will definitely be recommending this company to everyone. I know that needs AC help.

Marc and the entire team at Handy Air are top notch. They came in and replaced my previous system that was not running well. We now have a beautiful new system, ducts, insulation, and controls. The work looks awesome and performs like a champ. We couldn't be happier with the results. Oh and they were fast, like next day Amazon fast. Thank you Marc and your crew.

It’s been a week since we had our air installed no issues whatsoever we purchased a Ducane unit by Goodman with new ductwork and insulation. Travis was awesome. Very easy to talk to met All of our needs super friendly and informational and the rest of the team from installation to finish was amazing thank you guys so much. We appreciate it, we definitely recommend you guys to anybody looking for AC help .

I was without air conditioner for 3 days. I called Handy Air they were quick to respond immediately. Daniel who is one of the comfort specialist came to my home he gave me a quote but also offer financial assistance for homeowners. It's easy to get approved. He told me I would have my new unit install the next day which it was. This company is by far the best I have seen so far. Thanks Handy Air for my new 2.5 ton York ac. My home is cool and comfortable once again

Update:
After having a 3 ton AC system installed by this sorry company I found out that they pulled a permit and never had the system inspected after installation. I put my condo on the market to sell, however because they never had the unit inspected it caused issues. I called them to rectify the issues and have it inspected which they did and it failed miserably. No fire access to plenum, wrong size breaker, no security caps on service ports and unit not numbed. Rookie omissions…I got everything taken care of and re inspected MYSELF as they had excuse after excuse. Stay away. The owner seems very vindictive and unprofessional.

Jack Leg company at best. Had a three ton system installed. Rude employees all the way to management. This was a disaster install. They bait and switch on the product line. Salesman had little knowledge of installations or product line. Says you get Rudd but get some off brand 2 levels down that you have never heard of. Stay away from this company unless you enjoy rude workers and management. Mark, Bobby and a helper were the only decent ones I ran across. My first review somehow vanished. Go figure.
What the damage control officer says is true: I did get a decent deal but not on what I was told I was getting. It is running great and I appreciate that living in Florida. What was suppose to be a 6 hour install took two days. I had to watch them like a hawk to assure things were done properly. Yes I did receive a upgraded thermostat that I asked not be installed because my condo was being painted entirely with a spay gun. I did not want a "200" dollar thermostat ruined by the painters. The existing thermostat was battery operated the wonderful free one had to run off 24 volts provided by the system... they did not provide the wire/power to run the new thermostat. I could have installed the new stat had they provided the wire. The service manager took great pleasure in denying my request to install the thermostat that proper wiring was NOT provided for. He even said he had the support from all his management to flat out charge me 160.00 for the return call. That's ok. I'll figure it out but I promise you this review will cost more than 160.00 to the bottom line. I would have been happy to split the charges but the service manager was absolutely rude and seemed to take joy in being so. My advice is to be more like Mark he knows how to treat customers and make them feel confident in the work and product being provided. I'm not trying to tarnish this company but only pointing out the misgivings of a less than professional company. You can tell in the retaliatory response they don't practice good customer service. You can judge for yourself though if you dare.

They showed up on Friday to give me an estimate and recommendation on a new AC. I was approved for credit that same day and they showed up Monday morning to remove the old unit and install the new unit. They gave me some very helpful recommendations on making the unit more efficient. Wilson and Eli the technician were extremely helpful and professional and very friendly. I would recommend this company to anybody who is in need of air conditioning repair replacement etc.

Handy Air is full of professionals, from the dispatcher to the sales person who came to my house, and the installer who installed my unit. They gave me a great unit for a fair price. The installer installed my unit in a day they picked up the work area and ensured it was clean. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

For the last 5 years I have had problems with my air handler with shoddy work done by other HVAC companies. It seemed that no one could help me! Enter Marc from Handy Air! He arrived on time, climbed around in my hot attic, took photos and helped me develop an action plan for the future. This visit was FREE, while other companies wanted $100 just to look. Marc was an excellent communicator and his advice to not change anything but keep maintaining my current system as the least expensive option, was greatly appreciated! He could have told me everything had to be replaced, or some other costly repair like the other companies I had used, but instead he charged me nothing for his efforts and expert advice! That is the hallmark of a trustworthy company and Handy Air will have ALL my HVAC business in the future!

My initial contact with Handy Air was with Travis. He was a wealth of knowledge answering my numerous questions and concerns. Very patient and made my decision on the purchase of my new unit a comfortable experience. The installation by Eli was above and beyond expectations. Very professionally done by an expert tradesman. You have my recommendations for future business.

I would highly recommend this company! Very professional, courteous, and punctual. Travis originally came out, and did the quote. He was very professional and explained everything so I can understand. He also did not try to upsell me like this other companies have. He also got somebody out there within two days. Also, micheal who installed my AC did a great job at looks amazing and my AC is working like it should. I now have a brand new system in my home and don’t have to worry about it breaking down on me. Again, I would highly recommend this company to install a new AC unit. I am very happy.

We just had all new ducts, insulation, and ac put in. We are thrilled with the new level of comfort in our home. From start to finish our experience was phenomenal. Travis came out right away to give us and estimate and was so friendly and knowledgeable. He also made himself readily available to us for any questions we had while making our decision. We never felt pressured at all. Then came the inspection. Mark was equally as friendly, and was in and out without disrupting our day.
Installation was also a great experience. Misael and Josiah came first thing in the morning and got straight to work. The whole installation took two days and they worked nonstop. They were great and didn’t mind my kids asking them a million questions. They left everything very clean.
Over all, I feel like every one we dealt with went above and beyond to answer our questions and work with us. I would definitely recommend Handy Air to anyone who asked.
