The level of professional and commitment to customer satisfaction from Travis is impressive and beyond exceeds my expectations. Travis was so dedicated to helping us replace our old unit, despite our financial hurdles, that it actually moved me to tears. Not having air conditioning in the dead of summer, with all of the humidity is no joke. My health was being negatively impacted and the house was suffering damage from the constantly high humidity. The level of stress was unreal, every company we contacted couldn't offer financing that we qualified for. But Travis and the team at Handyair kept trying until they came back with a yes that worked for us and after that we had a brand new unit installed within 2 days! Marc was the specialist that came out to install and he was so polite, efficient and unintrusive. Highly recommend! Skip the hassle of time and effort wasted and just go directly with these folks at Handy Air! They are the real deal.

Our sales rep, Travis Fletcher was great. He was very friendly and helpful getting us funding. Our installation team of Louis and Misael worked hard at getting our installation completed. Even in 100 degree weather they were efficient, friendly and worked the whole day with smiles on their faces. They cleaned up after they were done and left everything looking like new.

How many businesses do you know that will text you on a Sunday to help you with a problem with your AC Krystal texted me right away and helped set up my appt for Monday with Travis. He came and talked to us about our ac and what we needed to do he went over EVERYTHING with us he was very knowledgeable and made our decision much easier …. Then 2 days later we had the tech Eli come and install a new AC He had it installed in a few hrs I highly recommend this company …kudos to you all!

I picked Handy Air LLC after I had gotten 3 different quotes. They were professional from start to finish. The sales rep Travis was awesome. He was friendly. Helpful and not pushy at all. He made suggestions and really took MY situation into consideration. It was refreshing to deal with a Company that listened and delivered what they said. The install team were professional. They installed and let me know what was going on through the process and did not leave any trash. DEFINITELY A 5 Star Company.

This was our 3rd company we went to and we were becoming very discouraged. Our technician, Kobe, was amazing. Very professional and courteous. He easily inspected, got us a price, and got us approved. The best price ever! And approved! We weren't able to get a conventional loan, but thanks to Handy Air, they had a program for us. Our new AC will be installed in 1 day. We couldn't ask for anything better. We're so thankful for this company and the great work of their tech, Kobe. We called Handy air to come and take a look and do a the yearly maintenance inspection, the lady was very polite and got us a appointment very fast. Daniel Ramirez came out and did a full inspection of the outside and inside of the ac until . He was very knowledgeable and polite and did a excellent job and answered all questions/concerns that I had . Defiantly would recommend and have him do all our inspections yearly and repairs if needed . It is very hard to find a good company with reliable and polite people with good work ethics. Daniel Ramirez came out on a second visit to relace and install some part that was ordered by there company for the warranty on the unit . Again went above and beyond with excellent service . He's a very polite young man and would defiantly have him out every time to service or do repair work . And happy by Handy air stands by there reputation

Travis Fletcher from Handy Air LLC stopped by today and wrote up a quote to replace our A/C System and Gas Furnace. From the moment he stepped foot on our property he was professional, courteous, respectful, and personable. I could tell that he loves what he does and values the company he represents. First of all Krystal at the office has been more than amazing with her customer service, her patience and attitude. A very pleasant person to talk to. She is an asset to Handy. I’ve dealt with her a couple of times and she has always handled and fixed my problems. Now the service A/C tech Danny. This young man has incredible work ethic. My 43 year old PVC piping was pretty much clogged up from over 4 decades of use. What was a worrisome problem that could’ve cost me a lot of money his happy demeanor and attitude kept me calm and on top of that we laughed a lot…and when I was watching him outside (he didn’t know I was there) and he fixed the problem I watched him jump with joy and threw his fist in the air like he just knocked out Mike Tyson. Great company and I highly recommend them.

This company does a great job!! The finance package was perfect for my budget. The installers were on time and cleaned up when the job was completed. I have a great warranty and I like that the company is local. They weren't my cheapest bid, but the best company for me. As a senior it's important that I believed in the product as well as the company. You can't go wrong with giving them a call for a free estimate for a new air conditioning system.

From sales to approval of finance to tech support Personal, it was an easy process and very knowledgeable answering questions to the online processes.Travis who was the consultant was excellent and very friendly to talk to the install personal were great and stayed til the install was up and going ( 4+ hrs.). My A/C unit finally gave in after 18 years. I gave Handy Air a call and they were super professional and responsive. These guys have a lot of knowledge. They came out within 48 hours and gave me a free estimate. The estimate was very fair and they did not try and upsell anything for something I would not need in my home! From the time I called to installation it took less than a week! Highly recommend these guys, awesome job and now it stays ice cold in my home again!

Bought a new A/C March 2025. Less than a year ago and it stopped working last night. I have tried getting a hold of them on several occasions because of the way they attached it and poor work that was done. It says temporarily closed on their website. 10 year warranty and now stuck with a non working Air Conditioner.

Sooo where do I begin!! This is by far a very professional and honest business. The services they rendered were AMAZING 😍. My 1971 home with low attic space is definitely a challenge and these guys were ready for the challenge. No more $500 light bills for me. My home really needed this new duct and installation install. The manager comes and do a final inspection of the property once the work is completed. Handy Air Services I wish I could've give you all more than 5 stars...wonderful company, and cheap
