Needed service after hours and the technician arrived when he said that he would. Even though it was later in the evening he still didn't over charge me and he even showed me how to take better care of my system to avoid future break downs. Highly recommend!

On the positive they came the same morning as called. The problem- He seemed very confused at what the problem was and there was a language barrier.. then wanted to charge me over 500$ to replace a capacitor... much more then the going rate. I had to pay 65$ just for an estimate when I told him that was to much for the part & repair.

Technician was professional and very knowledgeable. We were pretty hot and irritable and they made the process a lot less stressful. If you want it done right the first time, call Wilco!

First time ever needing professional assistance with my AC unit. Wilco was able to help same day which is important in this Florida heat! The technician, Miguel, was friendly and informative. I appreciated his calm demeanor and knowledge of the system. He took the time to make sure I understood what the issue was and made the whole ordeal painless. I can’t praise him enough, he is exactly what you hope for when dealing with home repairs! If only Wilco could help with everything around here! Now off to find a plumber ;-)

Brandon B. arrived on time was very professional and knowledgeable about our system. Communication was good as of the problem and corrected actions that were needed. Wilco installed a new system for me in 2013 and did a great job back then, very professional, courteous, and fair priced. After over 5 years of dependable cooling my system had a hiccup and went down--always when you need it most. I called Wilco and they sent a technician over right away, immediately diagnosed my problem and fixed it within a half hour. Again the they were very knowledgeable and checked everything out and only fixed what was needed keeping my bill to a minimum, they did not try to up-sell me anything. They were also very friendly and made sure I was fully informed on everything. I trust Wilco and will refer them to my family and friends every time.

Wilco was able to get us a tech out within a day. Randy was a little late but once he got here he was able to diagnose the issue immediately and got it fixed within an hour. He was very informative and friendly. I will definitely use Wilco again for any future AC issues and trust their business.

I bought a$5000 unit 2 years ago. It stopped working. Wilco charged me $85 to say that I need a new fan motor. $215 for lador only, parts and covered with warranty!!! I'm waiting for the owner to return my call to rectify this!!! Update, the owner agrees to doing the 20 minutes job for $105. We will see tomorrow. Update, the owner made it right!!!!

I have been using Wilco to service my 25 year-old air conditioning system for about the last 10 years. When I finally decided to replace my aging system, of course I called Wilco for a quote but did my due diligence by requesting quotes from other providers in the area. I ultimately went with Wilco as I knew I would, not just because they came back with the best price, but because I trust them. They took out my old unit and had the new one installed and running within eight hours.

As a sidenote… One of the quote that I received from a “reputable“ competitor here in central Florida came in at roughly $9k higher than Wilco. And just to compare apples to apples, I live in an older home that requires some creative installation, so I’m not gonna compare the differences related to some line items that were quoted, but I will compare the equipment, which were identical units from Lennox…. Down to the model numbers, Wilco’s price was $9,000 cheaper for the two units and very much in line with what the equipment would cost from a retailer if I were to purchase directly.

Irdi did a great job, very thorough with the inspection and was able to answer all my questions. The whole crew set expectations as to what would be completed on both days and they didn’t call it a day until they kept their word. I’ve used them for the AC unit and air handler were replaced a few years ago and they’re doing great. I’ll be sticking with Wilco for all my AC needs.

Wilco company as a whole is amazing. The office staff is always so friendly. The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They are also very affordable and fair. We wouldn't use anyone else.
