Great company. I called for service and told the person on the phone what the issue on my HVAC was, and he told me to check the safety switch and make sure it is not filled with water. I checked it, emptied it, and now my HVAC is working. Instead of praying on my ignorance in HVAC knowledge and making a quick $100, I was basically told on the phone how to get my HVAC to work again.

B&G - Courteous, Professional, Prompt, Honest and Clean. What more can you ask of any service oriented company? They are everything you are looking for in Heating an Air, period.

Tech Jacob Krauss - 2 hours late & extremely rude and unprofessional. According to him "a house at 77 degrees at 9 PM isn't a problem, if it was at 95 degrees, then I would have a problem." I told him I'm a native Floridian and have never slept in a house thats 77 degrees at night. He said my expectations are "too high". And that he's been doing this a lot longer than I have. As I showed him out he was loudly cackling at me. Really unprofessional.

Recommend to everyone. Called in the morning and had the air conditioner working by 1:pm. Jake was on time, knowledgeable and very professional. Will definitely use them in the future.

They were quick to send someone out even though it wasn't an emergency. The service tech was on time, knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining AC efficiencies and tips. Will definitely continue using them and referring them to others.

I have been a customer of B&G Air going on 15 years and have found Glen and his team to be straightforward and reliable . Their pricing is competitive, they do good work, they stand behind their product and are there when you need them.

I called and spoke to Glen at 8:15 in the morning and he was at my house by 2:30 same afternoon. He made a temporary fix to get the unit cooling again until he can get the correct part to complete the repair. UPDATE:
Came out super early today and fixed our air! Jacob was so awesome, he knew exactly what needed to be done and we are so thankful.

My air went out because of the it being clogged due to filtration, Jacob came out again and fixed it right away! He even let my 2 year old son help him do it and he loved it. So thoughtful and even showed me a few things I can personally do to maintain the air. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Jacob. Thank you!
