These guys are great specialist! I used them for mobile home duct work and for MOBILE HOME CRAWL SPACE INSULATION. If I continue in my work in real estate I will use them again for sure!

My technician, Andre, was very polite, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. I had bought a new ac unit last year, but I was having trouble with getting my heat to blow hot air and cold to blow cold air through the vents. He interpreted in layman's terms what was happening, why it was doing that, and answered all of my questions. I was surprised how quickly he was able to check everything and fix. I highly recommend and am very happy about my service done, which was covered within the warranty, so my service today costed nothing. I recommend those who are forgetful or use it constant to get that because it covers a lot of things. I went ahead and extended it and have confidence for when summer comes.

Most mediocre technicians; lack of knowledge and Terrible company

As the facilities director at a large church, I would be in serious trouble if it were not for the professionalism and quality of ProAir. Every one of their operators, sales reps, and technicians that I have worked with have all been extremely kind and helpful. Their operators are polite, helping me coordinate service that fits our schedule. They are always able to provide answers to my questions or refer me to someone who can. Ralph Burch, our main point of contact is always ready to help any time of day or night and weekends. No offense to Ralph, but the best part of ProAir is their technicians. Each of the techs I have dealt with, especially Jose, has been extremely knowledgable, but also polite (which is often over looked). They are regularly giving me recommendations that are above and beyond the call they have come to resolve; however, these are not recommendations for them to make extra money, but rather to help us save money or extend the life of our HVAC units.
This is truly a company that cares about their customers; from operators, to sales, to techs, every level of this company provides peace and professionalism for me when it comes to any HVAC issues. We have a preventative maintenance agreement with them that provides an extra level of peace-of-mind because I know our units are being cared for by this group of amazing people, as if they were the units on their own homes.

Driver of van number 84 today at 3:50 p.m. needs driving lessons. You don't have the right away to turn right on red, when main traffic has a green light. IJS

They came to our business for a free estimate to install a few hand dryers. They asked for $475 after spending about 10 minutes walking around. Very dishonest business. Definitely NOT recommended.

Word of advice… don’t drive like a jerk in a company vehicle.

I just had one of their drivers #75 SPEED past 7 cars waiting in a left turn lane to cut around and turn left. JUST to stop directly on the train tracks in Maitland. I mean if this person is this reckless with driving, I can’t imagine the carelessness they would have in your own home. Beware.

Called Labor Day about a broken belt on my hood fan. A nice lady told me no problem we can take care of that and someone would be calling me shortly after for more details. Never got the call and nobody showed up.
