We started using this company around 7 years ago. They are by far the best company I have ever done business with. They are legit experts! Although they arrive when expected, they didn't charge as expected. Twice since we started using them they didn't even charge us for the service call as it was a quick fix or they just showed me what the issue was so I wouldnt need to call the next time it happened. One of the best things about them was they take the time to actually talk to you to explain the issue and what our options are and why!

Recently replaced out 17 year old residential system with their most efficient HVAC package. They did all the paperwork to facilitate our $600.00 dollar rebate from Duke Energy. Experienced mechanics trained on the newest innovations plus excellent customer service. We love our variable speed compressor, variable speed air handler and smart thermostat.

Excellent job. They came in to replace my inside and outside unit. They left the place cleaner than when they got there. There were some old water pipes that were hooked up to the unit and they cleared them out of the attic. They removed the old units and left me attic cleaner than when they went up there. They took all day to complete the install, but when I saw how good of a job was done I was pleased that they took the time to do it right. They also installed a really cool wifi thermostat so that I can control the air while on vacation. Great job for a reasonable price.

My air wasn't keeping up with high temperatures so they came out right away and added freon. Next day it was still hot so I called them. They were out in no time, seems there was also an issue with the wiring. They refused to charge me for the second call even though the wiring issue had nothing to do with them and the unit had been low on freon when they first came out. Very nice family owned business. Friendly and professional.

I have had three AC units replaced in three different homes by B & G. They do a fantastic job, respond promptly, solve problems economically, and provide sound advice. When my air stopped working in the middle of July, Glenn was at my house the next afternoon to assess the issue. My 22 year-old system had been holding on for the last few years thanks to B&G's previous fixes, but I knew this time it needed to be replaced. He had workers and a new unit on site by 8AM the next morning. He even ordered a WiFi-enabled thermostat for me without having to renegotiate price. He knew from my occupation that I would like that, and I am very happy with the whole experience. His workers are also master carpenters, which is important for having a clean-looking integration of the system with the home.

We have been a member of their Assured Service Club for a few years. They have always been prompt, professional, thorough, and HONEST. They kept our old system running until it was past it's life span and a replacement was necessary. We just had our a.c. and gas furnance replaced by them, and we are so happy with their work and our new system! Their upfront prices were very fair and the peace of mind knowing they are a wonderful family owned business that stands behind their work made our investment that much better for us!

Glenn & Terry were prompt and professional while putting in our new AC system. Our house is nice and cool again! If you are looking for a family owned and honest company...B&G is a great choice!

B&G installed new HVAC equipment in my home 14 years ago. Since then, their service has been prompt when requested and professionally expedited. Service calls are reasonably priced.

B&G have provided me with air conditioning service for quite a number of years, including installing a new unit. I have very difficult allergies and sensitivities and they have provided me with products and services to solve that problem. They are the best! Always responsive and on time! Courteous and personable as well.

B & G is the only air conditioning specialist I would ever use because I trust them. I have know Glenn for over 30 years and he/the company have always been there for me. I called B&G Air Specialists on a very hot Sunday afternoon. They were at my home within 30 minutes and had the problem with my air conditioner fixed within another 20 minutes.

Glenn & Terry Horner are the best. You could not ask for more reliable technicians. They are always quick to respond when I have a problem. Plus they always check in to verify that everything is running OK. The are the best.

Just had 2 central air systems replaced, great crew, very professional and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond on this job, they left the job site in better condition than they found it. The upfront price was the price, which was reasonable. This is a family owned business and I would highly recommend them for all your A/C needs.

Giving B&G Air a shout out for their responsive and professional service! I called after hours and spoke with a person, not a recording and they were able to send a technician out the next morning. We will definitely use this company again! Their service stands out!

These guys are GREAT. My 14 year old AC decided it was done - Glenn (the boss) showed up within 3 hours of calling. He checked the unit - gave me the diagnosis (shorted compressor) - provided me the options of repair or replace - all with zero pressure or sales hype. I decided within 20 minutes of chatting that he and his son had the integrity I wanted to work with.
The son Terry showed up a couple days later to go over all the options and financing - again on time and with zero pressure.
As promised the following week the B&G guys showed up (at the exact time they promised) and tore into it. Dave was the inside man and he was very particular and basically rebuilt the entire air-handler area and ducting. Dennis - the outside guy - quietly did his thing beautifully and effortlessly (note that he moved around the compressors all by himself - wow). The boss kept tabs on things and did the go-fer assignments.

Unfortunately the original installer (a biggie in FL) - did a very poor job and it took 1.5 days to "get it right" - but Dave and Dennis stayed the course - and did a great job.
The work inside and out was outstanding - very professional - very solid - and they left things orderly and clean.
I would recommend this group for any type of A/C needs. They are true professionals and it really shows.

B & G Air has been servicing my air conditioners and heaters for more than 20 years. They are always friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Any time I have a question or an issue they are always quick to respond and assist.

As a former real estate investor I have been through my fair share of A/C contractors in my time, and something always seemed to not be right. With B & G things are very different. Glenn responds right away, arrives on time, and tells you not only what you need, but also what you don't need. He's honest, efficient and knows A/C & heat like nobody else I've ever come across. Glen answered right away, and made a special trip to diagnose my problem that same day. He didn't even charge me for the coolant recharge. The next week, he and his son Terry came out to repair my air conditioner. They went above and beyond to find where the leak was and finished the repair quickly and efficiently.
