I had some superhero’s show up at my house today to help with an A/C issue. They arrived ahead of time with a “were on the way” text 30min prior. What they do is easy for them, they’re superhero’s everyday. What they did means a great deal to deal because my family doesn’t have to suffer! To the superhero’s that helped my family today James and Mike we cannot thank you enough!!!

Had Captain Comfort come out and check out my unit, I know it’s old and I probably need a new one now but they didn’t force it on me. They gave me options and serviced my unit to give me some more time before the big purchase. I’ll definitely be using them again when I do finally get a new unit. I was very happy with the price!

I would implore anyone with ac needs to call the captain and at least listen to what they have to say first. Any company can tell you what they’re going to do for you, Mikey and James will tell you WHY though. Really took the time to walk me through exactly what needed to be done. Turns out I didn’t need a whole new system yet, if they re-routed some ducts an added a couple vents.

Saved me thousands right out of the gate, and hundreds in the summer months on my electric bill. They think in 5 years with regular upkeep (that I’m better at now) that I’d need a new unit - they’ll be my first and only call on that day.

These guys do great work. We wanted new duct work, insulation and ac unit. They knocked it all out very quick. Also had them install a new water heater. The house feels great thanks James and Mike.

Everything was great from the initial consultation to the final invoice. All communication was professional, clear and prompt. All questions were answered. The equipment is a perfect fit for us and was installed on time, as expected, and with time for q & a after prior to writing the final check. Highly recommend!

I’ve had multiple issues with my unit so I wanted a new company to service it. Captain Comfort came out, diagnosed and replaced the compressor and installed a new line. He came back a week later to make sure all was working as expected. I highly recommend them.

My A/C was leaking BAD because my coils and fan were so nasty that the drip pan was clogged and water was running over. Called Captain Comfort and they showed up on time and conducted their business in a timely manner. They cleaned my coils, fan and inside my handler. Very knowledgeable on the service provided and gave great advice. Good to know I’ve found a reliable A/C company because we all know how important A/C is in FL!

I originally called Jimmy because my vent was leaking water and there was a pool of water sitting in the duct. He came by quickly to get the water out and clean the line so I could at least have AC while waiting to replace our inside and outside units. Our inside unit was in horrible shape because it was 20+ years old so I knew it was time to replace it. He sent over multiple choices on units and gave his professional opinion on which would be best for us and the specs on each one. The entire team was amazing today as they worked to replace the system, fix the duct work, add a new vent and thermostat. Jimmy explained the new system to me after and how it works and WHY it’s better for our needs than my old one and some of the other models. Thank you to Captain Comfort and the whole team 😊

Did a great job. Can in after another company could not fix the problem and I was told that I needed a new ac unit. James fixed the problem in a short time and everything is working fine.

Provided a quote for 3 great options and remained available to answer questions until I decided which unit was best for my future needs. Scheduled quickly and showed up on time day of install. Worked fast and kept a clean work area the entire time. Great experience from start to finish, no sales pressure, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Even the assistant technician was extremely professional. Would highly recommend for all HVAC needs.

I can't speak highly enough of Captain Comfort! They showed up almost immediately after our AC started giving us problems and helped us troubleshoot until it was working again. They were communicative and punctual - and they bent over backwards to make sure we didn't have to suffer in the heat. Really smart guys and very fair pricing!

What everyone hopes for when they're seeking any kind of technical service is that they can find someone that they honestly trust to give them good advice and not just milk them for more money at every turn. Captain Comfort is responsive, honest, knowledgeable and doesn't immediately direct you towards the most expensive solution. Jimmy Bingham saved us! The AC went out and Energy Air came out and said there was nothing they could do until a new part came in which would be over 5 weeks in the blistering heat. Jimmy came out the same night of my phone call and got us up and running immediately. He came back in two weeks to re-evaluate the coils and once proven they need to be replaced, got the warranty part in quickly and installed ASAP. Energy Air was not concerned about the fact that people can die from heat exhaustion, and never thought of or offered freon.
His prices were fair and better than the other company. He answers his cell and texts instantaneously. We trust him implicity and you should too.
