Five Stars for AC Cowboys and David the Service Tech! I recently had my annual service done by AC Cowboys, and once again, they exceeded expectations. David, the technician, called 30 minutes ahead to confirm his arrival time, which I really appreciated. He was punctual, courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly during the visit. I felt informed and respected throughout the process.

I purchased my unit from AC Cowboys five years ago, and it’s been running perfectly ever since. Their consistent, high-quality service gives me peace of mind year after year. I highly recommend AC Cowboys to anyone in need of reliable HVAC service.

I highly recommend this AC company. I have been with them for over a decade in 2 different houses and they are fantastic! I always get a same day or next day appt and they are always friendly, professional, and thorough. Jason came today again and worked on changing out my dead breaker (which isn't even something they offer as a service). He and the company definitely go above and beyond every single time!

I called first thing in the morning. The team at the office got me right in the schedule. The Tech called before he was on the way. The tech was very knowledgeable and told me exactly what was wrong and provided options available. The work was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend AC Cowboys.

Mike the technician was fantastic, very informative to any questions I had and found the problem in my air handler within 10 minutes and had parts on truck was in and out of here in 45 minutes. Would recommend AC Cowboys to anyone! I called them this morning and they were out to our house that same afternoon.

Jason was amazing and walked us through everything he did and found. Everyone I dealt with with this company was amazing and very nice and helpful. So much better than our recent company! Highly highly recommend. We will definitely be using them in the future

Getting scheduled was easy. I needed to have annual maintenance done on both of my ac units. One was beyond maintenance & now getting quote to replace. Jason did take the time to show me in both units & explain what he was seeing & also to keep me refreshed on how to maintain keeping the lines cleaned.

David was great - knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He did annual maintenance on three units and replaced a capacitor that was failing.

Great AC company. The lady on the phone communicated exactly when The tech would be there and how much it would cost for the tech to just look at the issue. Once the tech came out to my house the next day he was very knowledgeable. He tested indoor and outdoor temps and told me that nothing was wrong, it was just a VERY HOT day and my AC can only cool 20°. He also told me that our unit was a little small. He got enough info to write up a quote so we can save up for a bigger unit next year. The tech also explained some things to help us when it's so hot. He said a small window units can help. Running the AC colder at night can help it work less the next day. Finally he recommended I get my attic vent fan fixed so that the attic isn't so hot. Overall a great experience and I will be using them in the future if the AC finally dies.

AC Cowboys Are the best! Great prices, great service, and great people. Everyone from the office to the crew at the house were all very polite and very helpful. I have lived in Orlando for decades and of all of the AC companies I have ever dealt with. They are the best. Just like their slogan says there is no bull and they are straight shooters!

ACCowboys are amazing! Lisa was able to get us in the schedule last minute so we could leave for our vacation! Jason is amazing- so knowledgeable and helpful! We are thrilled with everyone and will be asking for Jason again!!!

Couldn’t be more pleased with this company!! Jeremy & JJ came out to install a New AC System at my house. From the moment they arrived they were super informative and broke it all down for us on what to expect. I absolutely love communication and customer service which is exactly what I got. These gentleman were hard at work and finished in less than 8 hours. Could not recommend enough! They did such a clean job, I was very impressed. Thank you so much!!

The 3 "Cowboys" who installed my new HVAC system today were wonderful. Thoughtful, neat, cheerful, efficient guys. As a customer through 3 company names, I've come to rely on the great service from the office staff and the service people.

AC Cowboys did a phenomenal job installing my new Rheem heat pump. Jeremy and Jay were efficient, courteous and showed excellent attention to detail. They did the install with a smile and positive attitude. They answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied before leaving the job. Robert also came out after the job and made sure the new unit was running optimally. His expertise was much appreciated. A/C Cowboys are the best!! We have been using them for almost 10 years. They are reliable, trustworthy and have even come out on Sunday to fix issues. We’ve recommended them to several friends and business. You won’t be disappointed!

Timely, efficient and just great customer service. David was out and assessed the issue and provided my options around repairs. He repaired my issue short term while we wait for parts for a permanent repair.

Great service at an honest price. I have been using them for a few years. They were able to get me in sameday when our ac quit working during a heat wave. Their tech Mike came and diagnosed the problem and had us cooled off in no time. Thanks AC Cowboys!

Matt and his crew came in a little before 10 AM to see what I needed. I made the decision to have our system replaced. Matt started on the prep work while waiting for the system to be delivered. It's a little after 3PM and the system is up and working. The crew was friendly and worked hard to get our system installed. I recommend AC Cowboys very much.
