I would highly recommend AC Cowboys. The three gentleman Jeremy, Tyler and JJ came in removed the old ac and put the new one in and it works GREAT. There was not a big mess and the little that there was they cleaned, they keep it to a bare minimum. They did a great job out side also, GREAT JOB GUYS, keep up the good work.

AC Cowboys came out pretty darn quick to look at our heating issue. The tech was very knowledgeable and was able to resolve the issue when he was here. We are now considering them for routine maintenance on our HVAC unit. Thank you!

We have had everything from small issues to complete unit replacements and have always had a positive experience. It’s been a while since I have had them out here to do the work. I wanted to provide a long term review. Their customer service was great but the work they did even better and I’m not sure how it could be better! Their suggestions on how to revamp our system has worked out great!

Jeremy and Tyler were awesome!! Jeremy explained everything and made it user friendly! All employees very polite and went above and beyond; they even helped me catch escape artists(see photos below). Ty everyone!!

Had a great experience with Robert who came to do the annual check up on our AC. He was professional knowledgeable, and and helpful in the assessment and problem-solving. We highly recommend AC cowboy and its team.

My air conditioning unit stopped working, so I called the company that had been servicing my system for the last two years. Unfortunately, they sent out an inexperienced technician who made the situation even worse and then tried to overcharge me for parts. That was the last straw, so we decided to switch companies—and going with A/C Cowboys was one of the best decisions we’ve made!

They sent Jason out the very next day. He quickly diagnosed the real problem and explained everything clearly. Because my unit was 15 years old, repairing it wouldn’t have been a smart investment, so we chose to move forward with a new system.

The following day, Jeremy, Tyler, and JJ arrived with the new unit and handled the entire installation from start to finish. Their professionalism was outstanding. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and clearly take pride in delivering high-quality work.

A/c cowboys are a great company they did an install on our home. They were very thorough if I had a question they were able to explain it to me. They listened to us gave us pro and cons to what we were wanting. They took into account of what we were looking at and what was going to happen and made it happen. Service person was knowledgeable and polite. He spent a long time checking every part of our unit and explaining everything he was doing.

Update: unit continued to have issues through the weekend so we scheduled another service call. The company came out free of charge, found the issue was the breaker box, and gave us some great advice on fixing it. This service person was also wonderful.

Awful! All around awful! Came out to repair a Trane AC that he installed in our home about 4-5 years ago. Claimed that the coil needed replacing (just so happened to have it on hand). He said I can replace it now for $2000 (the part was covered by warranty so this was above that). Would not write the quote on letterhead, only on a scrap piece of paper. Told my husband he was not discussing the $180 and hour labor and to take it or leave it. We called our normal guy, Paul from Premier Air (could have him repair because it’s a Trane warranty issue) and he said Rueben was totally ripping us off. Paul got on the phone with Rueben got vulgar with him and hung hung. I called 2 other places which quoted us $850 all inclusive for the work he claimed we need. Rueben requested his $180 for his one hour labor. My husband paid it and he left! Completely unprofessional and huge scam!
Steer clear!
