We get air mechanical to service our AC through a home warranty program.
The home warranty company provides the service within 48 hours which is bit hard if the ac quits working during the warm season .
Air mechanical were understanding and tried to fit us in asap however that needed 24 hours.

We always had good luck with their technicians, spot on diagnostics and seem to carry in board the most basic pieces like capacitors.
They also have technicians who specialize in multi zones and all their techs were nice people to deal with

Steer clear from this company, they will try to rip you off!! The phone person answering the phone was very rude and unprofessional. A technician came out to repair my A/C unit that was working on/off and was unable to find the problem and then told me that I needed 2 lbs of refrigerant at $120 a pound.. I only used this company because it was assigned to me through my home warranty company. I then filed a complaint against this company with my home warranty company and I am in the process of filing a BBB complaint as well.
I reached out to another company, Nath Air Plus, for a second opinion and technician Andrew was able to perform the repair which was just a loose wire and told me that my refrigerant levels were normal. He was very polite, professional, and honest at a very reasonable rate and has 5 star reviews online. Please please save yourself a headache and money!

I had an AC repair done by Complete Air Mechanical of Central Florida through my home warranty. Before they even sent the technician, they required me to sign a form stating I couldn’t dispute the $850 charge, without providing any clear breakdown of what it was for. I felt forced to sign because we urgently needed AC, especially with kids in the house and the Florida heat. Once the work was done, I asked for an itemized invoice or a work order and got nothing but vague references to “non-covered modifications.” The tech said he didn’t know what the charges were for, and the office just redirected me back to him. Very disappointing and unprofessional, no transparency and no accountability. Beware of unclear billing practices.

We have been using them for years. We have a maintenance plan with them. They come every six months very prompt service.

I’ve paid for their service for the last 5 years. They started out great and over the last three years, it’s been an absolute disaster. They are terrible with scheduling, have double charged us, and even tho they come out twice a year to check my AC, I still have had problems. Complete waste of money. In fact, we are currently experiencing issues with our AC and my AHS used them for the job. We’ve been stood up twice on the same week. This company is an absolute joke stay away

My dealing with Complete Air Mech Co was A1plus 5 Stars. It started with Rachel; I explained my timely situation and she had a Service Rep there the next day.
I do not remember the contractor's name, but he was very professional and explained what he was doing. He also answered all of my questions. In addition, not being familiar with how the HVAC/Central Air system worked, I had many questions, which he did not make feel like I was getting on his nerves. He also told me, what I should be doing periodically to avoid problems like this in the future. And to top it off, he also told me that I was cutting my grass to low. Very satisfied with them.
