Use CAM for all AC needs. Twice a year their Techs service the AC and gas heater, keeping the unit fully operational for all seasons. During duct cleaning the tech noticed degradation and to my schedule Kieth replaced all the supply ducting and installed a UV air sanitizer. The system is working great 👍🏽

Chris was awesome as usual. He was here before and did a fantastic job both times. He answered all our questions and added his insight also. We are very pleased.

The service team did an excellent job of communicating with me as far as the time the tech would be here and they were always within that timeframe. Due to the type of repair my AC needed they had to make two trips here and on both occasions The tech was in And out quickly, which was important to me because I work from home. I would use them again.

Had to get a new AC as my other one was history beyond repair. Everyone was very professional and kind. Would recommend this company as they were fast with their help as I had NO heat. Things went smoothly with the change out of the units.

My home warranty company assigned this company to have my AC repaired. They were very good on the first appointment day where they arrived and identified my ac blower fan and motor needed to be replaced. The tech did a temporary repair while we waited for the ac parts. A few days later my AC died and I had to wait 4 days straight in the FL heat but of course it was not their fault as the parts had been ordered. The day they were supposed to arrive I waited all day for the tech and he did not arrive until 6:30 in the evening. To add to that, his office team did not even bring the right part. He apologized and promised to return first thing next morning. The next day, now day 5 of no AC in my home I waited all morning and the tech did not arrive until 4 in the afternoon. He “repaired” the ac and before I could even wait for the unit to begin cooling my home and make 100% sure the AC was good he left. I was stranded on a Friday night with an AC that was not repaired correctly and a company who shows 24hrs on their google page yet does not pick up after 5 pm a Friday. I had to complain to my home warranty company and call an emergency HVAC contractor for them to just tell me the motor might not even be the right one for my AC. I will never let these people be assigned to me through my warranty company and will reach out to another service provider to fix my AC blower motor and fan. If I knew I had to deal with this headache I would’ve requested a different provider from my warranty company.

Update: an AC tech was able to identify that their tech installed the fan with the wrong direction settings. Truly disappointed in the fact that this tech just left. If he checked thoroughly I could avoided the headache.

Have used this company for several years. They really know what they're doing. I also have them on a maintenance plan.
I just had a pretty significant failure on my air conditioner. They had to pull the coil, refurbished it and re-install. Everything has been perfect including the communication from the office, timing, etc. The tech is very aware of what he's doing...and leaves my home immaculate as if he was never there!

Everything about my interaction with this company was seamless and pleasant. I was impressed with the office staff and the text updates the morning of my appointment. The technician was knowledgeable and fixed my issues quickly. I would definitely recommend this company and plan to use them for all of my future AC needs!

I was assigned Complete Air Mechanical through AHS. They came and diagnosed the issue in record time. They had to order a part but that only took 1 day, they came back out, showed up on time and did the repair flawlessly. Everything has worked great since. Great service.

The technician (Michael), earlier than the original time slot. After checking behind his work vs walking around with him, he didn't clean the AC coils like he said. That's pretty frustrating because I didn't think I had to check behind a technician on a professional level.
My AC was running warmer than normal. So a little freon is usually what I need in this situation. He said he I only needed a little freon and he filled it to is normal capacity levels. So, I figured I'd be OK. Most companies I've had in the past, would wait to see if the house cools down to the preset setting of the homeowner, but apparently, he was in hurry to get to his next appointment. Nice guy, just seems a little impatient to the situation in question.
Lastly, it's ashame that I had to check to see if the coils were cleaned, since it was a spring tune-up appointment that includes this service. I'm not sure if it's the company or lack of training for the technicians. Hopefully, they correct it in the near and present future.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Complete Air Mechanical. I trusted them with my AC maintenance, but they completely let me down. They were assigned as the company for my home warranty. I was recently divorced and needed someone to come and check. They sold me on the maintenance for 2 units, which are located in my attic. As part of my maintenance plan, they were supposed to service the drainage system, but they did not. This negligence caused my AC drain to back up, ....leading to water damage, drywall damage to my ceiling and stairs. The technician was at my home in February and noted everything EXCEPT servicing the drain line. When water began to fall along with my ceiling, I called them. The technician (Carlos) who normally services my home noted how backed up the clogged the drain was. I SPECIFICALLY inquired about how long a clog like this could have taken. I was told there is no way that it was done back in February to be this clogged. I requested that due to their negligence, they offer to repair my ceiling and I was told no, they do not warranty the drain lines and that I could not prove it was not done in February (although it was clearly not noted). I literally had large pieces of my ceiling falling to the floor from the water damage. How is that PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE??? I am very unhappy and have canceled my services with them. I do not trust their business practices and I suggest you do not either.

I feel misled and frustrated because this issue could have been easily prevented if they had done what was included in my plan. Now, I'm left with costly repairs that should have never happened. I expected much better from a company I’ve been loyal to, and this experience has shaken my trust. AGAIN, I would NOT recommend their services.

My service Man Mark was exceptional. He treated me as though I was a family member. He made sure that I understood everything that was going on. He stayed until everything was perfectly working with my heater. I could have not asked for a better service person. The ladies in the office for extremely professional as well.

Whether it’s warranty work on my AC or something I pay for out of pocket, Complete Air Mechanical is the only company I will be using from here on out. My advice: trust your own experience over others’ reviews. Everyone’s situation is different, but for me, this company has been exceptional across the board.

Complete Air Mechanical was great. They were responsive and very communicative. They updated me regularly on the status of the technician coming out and the status of the parts that were ordered. And Keith was so helpful. He stayed late one evening, not leaving until he pinpointed and fixed the problem, and he also made sure that the nest thermostat he installed was online and connected to the app properly instead of leaving us to figure it ourselves. Complete Air & Mechanical did a superb job of repairing my heat pump. DJ and Keith came to my home and strategically diagnosed the system found the issue and solved the problem. My heat pump is functioning great now. Thank You Complete Air for sending two exceptional technicians of your company to my home that did a great job of getting my heat pump up and functioning properly again. Julie and Jeanie were extremely nice and kept me well informed every step of the way provided excellent communication with me along the process.
