I have called Sunshine several times to work on various items and both my personal house and also several of my rental properties. They have always completed the task at hand dealing from water heater replacements, air conditioner/condensing unit replacements, and plumbing leaks. Juan is the technician I use for my yearly HVAC check in. He is phenomenal at explaining what has been found during the service appointment or informing of any potential future risks that the customer should be aware of. This is my second year in a row utilizing his services due to his professionalism, knowledge and friendly demeanor. Would recommend the companies services. Request Juan if you can!

I had a leak coming up from my slab in the Master Bath of my home. I called another plumber out and paid their diagnostic fee only to be told that they would have to open the entire floor and needed $1500 to begin. I told them to leave immediately. Sunshine was onsite quickly, started removing the concrete and find the leak was actually in the slab not below it. They made the repairs the same day and were finished within an hour and a half, and at a price on line with the work performed. I would definitely recommend using them!

During these tough Covid times...our A/C stopped working! 90+ degree weather felt as we were going through hurricane days being stuck at home and dealing with the heat all day! A very ‘well known’ company In the area not to be named was on the sticker of our A/c unit in our new home (built in 2015) so we called them. After paying them a consulting fee to just come in and test (80+150), we’re down 230 dollars and still had only a ‘possible’ answer. They then called me a few days later and gave us a quote of 890 more dollars! 😢...Mind you similar situation happened last year in July also....Needless to say, I was frustrated.

A friend of mine gave me Sunshine’s Air and Plumbing’s info and they were so quick to help us! They were kind, efficient, empathetic and Juan (the tech who came) was super skilled, friendly, and very informative....not to mention they didn’t price gouge us! Answered all our questions and concerns. Thank you so much! They have won lifelong customers with me and my family!

As requested, worker gave me a 30 minute call to advise arrival. Identified himself upon arrival, very courteous and knowledgeable. Performed preventative maintenance, tested system in both heating and cooling modes, and cleaned drainage line and permanent filter. Areas were clean once finished. Very happy with this locally owned company. Highly recommend

Melvin arrived on time, moved my thermostat about 18 inches over. The project went well, except he left his mess behind on the floor from the drywall tear up. I had to do the drywall repair, which was fine. I also thought $275 was over priced, labor only, no parts, for the work, about an hour and a half. The customer service lady on the phone making appointments was very efficient and had great customer service. thank you! Denise Stone

Javid came to our apartment complex to fix a major toilet issue in our master bath. After many attempts from our maitanance team it was obvious we needed a professional as it was so loose it become a fall risk for me as I am disabled. Javid was just amazing. He was quick, efficient, kind and very good at repairing others mistakes. He went out of his way to make sure everything was put in through my complex to get approval for it to be fixed asap. It was a huge job. But Javid did a wonderful job. He was so kind and cleaned up afterwards! And now I feel safe again in my bathroom, as it doesn’t move like a teeter totter any longer. Any future plumbing we need done we will definitely use Jarvid and sunshine plumbing again. Great customer service and fantastic work! Thank you Javid and sunshine plumbing! I was really satisfied with my service from Sunshine Air and Plumbing. My water heater went out and my warranty company dispatch Sunshine Air and Plumbing, as they had same day appointments available. I had the pleasure of meeting Angel, who showed up on time, very professional, very knowledgeable and honest. He noticed another leak after replacing my water heater, advised me of the issue and went out and purchased material to resolve the leak. I will definitely recommend this company to family and friends for all Plumbing needs. Thank you Angel again :)

I am happy with services rendered. Technician was very friendly and helpful, actually everyone I talked to was very pleasant and service oriented. My AC runs well, and most importantly, I didn't feel cheated with prices. I had a good experience with Sunshine folks, I will sure use them in the future. You should give them a try too :)

They will tell you they coming on this day, then never show up. Then they will call and say, we coming the next day and still don't show up. They don't answer there phone or nothing.

Then they do a horrible job with so call fixing your A/C. It like they got fake tech with no knowledge working for them.

Showed up at 1:20pm for a 10-12 noon appointment. Left floor a mess and scratched up vanity cabinet with dirty metal snake. I need to sand down and repaint cabinet. Offered me a $25 rebate on next service call, which will never happen. Drain is cleared now. :) Would not refer a friend.

Customers Beware! I had a leak in a coupling coming off my water meter. I attempted to turn off the water at the meter but had no luck as I didn’t have a water Tand the valve was stuck. I contacted Sunshine air and plumbing figuring this would be an easy fix as it was just a coupling and worse case they could turn off the water to at least stop the leak. The tech came out the next day as scheduled and took a look and then I got a quote for 825$. Long story short I said there is no way I am paying that to fix a broken coupling. They called me back and told me they talked to Management and will only charge 525$ since I dug out the meter box and exposed the all the piping and meter. I told them no way I would pay that. I am a honest man and understand when you have a trade job you can charge what you think you are worth and I respect that and was willing to pay 75-100$/hr but 825$ should be illegal. I ended up calling the water company to shut off the water so I could do the repairs instead of spending the spring break day with my kids. Water department showed up and laughed at the quote I was given by Sunshine air and plumbing. In returned he gave me the brass nipple, threaded coupling, and slip coupling (20$ total in parts) and said he will be back in 15 minutes to restore the water as that will give me plenty of time to make the repairs. I was done in 10 minutes. I am not sure how this company is still in business. For those of you wondering if there was more to the story, there was not, and I welcome Sunshine air and Plumbing to respond to this review or contact me directly (customer PO 7820) and tell me otherwise or explain yourself.
