I had my dryer worked on. On the first visit the started was replaced, which did not solve the problem. Technician said we needed a new motor. He also commented we would not have to pay for the motor, because it was his mistake. He told us the parts would be delivered to us, which never came to us. Two appointments were never serviced as we waited all day for the technician to come. I even called him on the first appointment asking if he was coming...he never returned my call.

Finally, after waiting again he came with another technician. The new technician immediately knew we didn't need a motor and probably didn't need the new switch.

We needed a sensor and a door switch instead.
The PO arts were replaced and the dryer worked fine. Some money was returned, but I feel after all the waisted time and the technician was more concerned about AI instead of proper service to the customer, I feel we should have been reimbursed for more than we were
He kept saying the labor came out of the cost of the motor, but he distinctly told us we would not have to pay for the motor at all because of his mistake in his assessment of the dryer was incorrect.
This has been an awful experience and I can assure you we will never call on Sears again to repair any of our Kenmore products.

Audrey, the Sears AC Tech was so improper without any customer service training and lacking people skills. She was rude to the core and would not allow you to address her about her job in any way shape or form. The worst experience that I have had with any AC Technician by far!

Without even taking the unit apart or listening to what the issues were from the unit. He diagnosed it. And told us it’s gonna be very expensive. He got paid his service fee, which to me was a waste because he didn’t do anything other than open it up and again tell me it was gonna be too expensive to replace. So we’re just gonna have to replace our dryer and we wasted money with the service call today.

Jorge was great. We had been without ac for almost two weeks. He was quickly able to identify the issue and order the correct part! Thank you for fixing it for us!!

I am writing to formally complain about my extremely poor experience with Sears Home Services, which was assigned through my home warranty company to repair my air conditioner.
It has been over two weeks, and my home still has no heat during 20-degree weather in Florida. Throughout this process, there has been no meaningful customer service—only AI -automated systems and no reliable way to speak with a representative.
The first technician diagnosed the issue as a faulty thermostat that needed to be ordered. A week later, a different technician arrived without the part, left, and later returned to install it. When that did not resolve the issue, he replaced the capacitor. When that also failed, he stated that another technician would come the following day. No one ever came or called.
The technician appeared inexperienced, did not seem to know how to properly diagnose the system, and ultimately left my AC in worse condition than before.
I then rescheduled an appointment online. The assigned technician stated he had two appointments ahead of us and would arrive later that day. He never showed up and rescheduled for the next day—again, without showing up. This happened yet another time. After waiting all day, I received an email stating the work was complete, along with a survey and a payment receipt, despite no service ever being performed.
This experience has been marked by missed appointments, lack of communication, misinformation, and unprofessional service. It is completely unacceptable, especially given the weather conditions and the length of time without heat.

Jorge S. was great, very professional, knows what hes doing, answered and explained everything we asked about the system and did a great job. People like him are what make a business great and leave a good impression on the business they work for.

I’m giving Dave a full five stars because he truly deserves it. He’s an amazing service provider who meets my needs with great knowledge, respect, and reliability. If there were more than five stars, I would definitely give him one.

Technicians came twice never did the repair. They wanted me to
Disconnect the machine next to the one they had to repair and move it by myself or find someone to do it before they come, which is impossible. Both machines have a warranty with the same company
So they could easily do it if they want to.
I will have to cancel them.
What a waste of time and money

Victor was great, he was professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. He went above and beyond to make sure I got my dryer fixed by explaining what happened and taking care of it quickly, I’m so appreciative! Thank you!

Ethan & Noah were on time and started right away. Both are professional and helpful w/explanations and feedback about the AC system. They made sure I was satisfied w/their assessment and solution to the AC problem. They also made sure to clean the area when done.
Ethan will get back to me with a quote for future work that may need to be done.
I recommend Justice Air and will call them again for AC needs.

As usual he was on time! Did a full checkup and made sure everything was good before he left my home. Will have my next routine check up in six months. Will continue to carry my ongoing checkups from year to year. My air conditioning is very important for my health let alone for my comfort. Wouldn’t use anyone else, but Justice Air.

Jerry came today fir maintenance service and as usual he was excellent. I would recommend Justice Air to anyone looking to have ac work or installation.

Updated again the AC unit wasn't shutting down and was making a loud noise. I called and they were here the next day. Everything was checked and maintained was done. Great job.

Judah came out on a regular maintenance call today. He was polite, on-time, and gave us advise on getting our blower cleaned out in the future. He showed me a picture so I understood what he was referring to and will send us an estimate. Very pleased, as always!
