After 5 years and 4 different AC companies to diagnose our frequent drain line leaks and constant cloggage, Brad was the FIRST and ONLY person to accurately identify the issue AND fix it! He spent hours - even leaving and returning later to let the acid set - getting our line cleaned out, and he was friendly, prompt, professional, and honest. We appreciated his optimism, determination, affordability, cleanliness, and knowledge. He's just a genuinely nice guy who knows his line of work and sticks to his quote without trying to upsell you equipment or additional services. We will be

Highly recommend Justice AC! We have had them as our AC servicer for over 7 years and highly recommend their services to everyone. We are a part of their Justice League, twice a year maintenance plan, to make sure our AC is running properly. Jerry our technician is always prompt, great communication, very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Finding a great AC company that is honest and reliable isn’t easy but with Justice we know we can trust their recommendations. Justice came out the same day when our AC stopped running. We were lucky that it was a simple fix this time. We’re grateful for the responsiveness and having a technician we’re familiar with (Jerry) as he has always been great.

After waiting the previous day for over 3 hours to have a technician from another company come to service my leaking AC system, I was stood up. At which time I was pretty jaded with the whole process. Not to mention, it was 98 degrees yesterday and my cats and I were in a wind tunnel of fans to keep us cool.

I instantly requested a service call from Justice and was scheduled for the following morning with a 30 minute time window sent to me. Ethan from Justice showed up exactly on time. He was professional and super knowledgeable about the AC systems and their individual functions. He managed to unclog my drain pipe to stop the leaking and remedied the situation entirely. I was so impressed by the services rendered by Ethan, that I joined the Justice League and will now be receiving periodic maintenance checkups and PMs.

Air conditioning system was struck by lightning on a terrible afternoon storm on Wednesday. Was able to call Justice and they were out on Thursday at 2 o’clock to help with the repair. Everything was taken care of by 4:30 that afternoon. Couldn’t be happier with their service or their service technicians. They did a great job!

Called them around 8am, had the service tech Evan arriving around 12pm, he promptly detected the issue and fixed it right away. He even gave me some tips on how to prevent the drain from clogging, as well as what to do in case it happens again
