Wesson Air just installed a new AC unit in my house. I now have a "smart" AC control panel. John did a wonderful job in helping me set up explaining everything. I would highly recommend Wesson if you are looking for a new AC unit. The guys are very efficient. Can't wait to see if my AC bill goes down even if I keep colder temps at night.

Wonderful teams from start to finish. John goes way beyond helpful to make paper work easy and understandable. The team that removed the old unit and air handler and installed the new components were very friendly and considerate in their work and left no trash behind. The final step to connect and test unite, install and explain thermostat, went very smoothly.

Choosing Wesson Air has been one of the best house-related decisions we’ve made in a long time. We’ve used them for a wide variety of services (see list above) and we’ve been happy every step of the way.
The owner (Mark?) runs a tight ship and is a nice guy. The estimator for new installations, John, could be a defense contractor and the two young ladies answering the phone (Hannah and Jessica) ought to work in The White House. All of the technicians (both Maintance and installation) have been great but we always ask for Jerre, who always does a great job and is a pleasure to have in the house.

As usual, I was very pleased with the service that I received today for my HVAC systems. The Wesson Tech met and exceeded my expectations; however, that is not new for all of the services that I have received from Wesson over the years. I would and I do recommend Wesson Air for residential HVAC repair and service. :-)

We have had wesson install our unit almost 5 years ago and they service it every 6 months. Technicians are knowledgeable , on time and do good quality work their scheduling department is also very efficient . I would recommend wesson if you want a contractor who will be supporting your unit throughout its life and not just install and leave

A friend recommended this place many years ago so we called them when we needed our home’s central heat and air replaced. From evaluation to installation to operation the work has been quality and professional. We have a twice a year maintenance contract that has paid for itself with preventing any problems. The workers are consistently on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Will not hesitate to use them if our Trane eventually stops.

Wesson Air installed a new system in our home. John the sales person was very knowledgeable and provided us the information we needed to make the right decision for our air conditioning and heating needs.. All the technicians were friendly, through, and knowledgeable and provided great service.

Always have been happy with their service. New AC quit working and they came out next morning (Thursday) and diagnosed the problem. Got the part and were able to install it next day (Friday). Really appreciate them fitting us into the schedule before the weekend. We continue to use them because of their awesome customer service!

Technician (Mike) was thorough, knowledgeable and proactive with my AC maintenance. Have used several other providers over the last 10 years and none of the prior technicians took the time to recommend and implement drainage improvements and other simple enhancements which would allow it to run more efficiently. Pleased that I now have a standing maintenance contract with Wesson Air for future service. Highly recommend!

I have used Wesson Air for 15 plus years for my home and a rental I used to own. They always show up as promised and there techs are highly knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

We have used this company since 1995 when we first moved into our home. They installed our first AC unit that lasted for 20 years. They’ve now installed the second AC unit that’s lasted for the last seven years and going great! We’ve done Preventative maintenance with them every six months since 1995. They are phenomenal company and the owner hires only very best people that work for him. He’s the only company that will ever use. And we recommend him to all of our friends.

Spent $72,690 with Wesson for a top-of-the-line, large-house system. They've come out 14 times in less than two years to fix it. Never worked right. Then they blame me for the problems - saying it's my fault for not paying them an extra $1529 per year for a maintenance contract.

How does a twice-a-year-visit maintenance contract fix a system that breaks every 6 weeks? And why do I have to pay extra to "maintain" a system that never worked right from the start? I'd gladly have paid them to "maintain" if they ever got it to work right in the first place.

We were a loyal customer to Wesson for many years and ~5 of our friends and family have had Wesson install systems for them after our recommendation. Never again. Customers may have loyalty to Wesson, but Wesson has no loyalty to customers. They went from great to "the customer is always wrong" over the last 10 years.

I can't wait for the response explaining how it's my fault that a system I paid them almost $80k for never worked reliably.

I have to say that John Bandur at Wesson is excellent and one of the best people I've ever met in this industry. Unfortunately, we've been dealing with the owner for the last two years - he seems to be sure he never does anything wrong and feels ok making snarky comments to others about his own customers. Best of luck to you John, and thank you for the excellent work over the years.

For everyone else - buyer beware.

Mike and Cameron responded promptly to an after hours call. And, they quickly diagnosed the problem and we’re able to get it back up and running in about an hour. And, they improved the drain flow so that my air handler is in better shape than it was and easier to maintain going forward. Great service!

Can I just say, Wow? We had had our previous AC unit since we built our house in 2001 (17 years!) and I just had a feeling that it was on its last legs. We got a referral to call John at Wesson Air and I am SO glad that we did. He came out to the house and did a full assessment on the house and what the load on the house SHOULD be. Then, he came back to use not with just one, but three quotes, complete with details on each. He explained all of the energy rebates available through our power company and came to the initial meeting prepared with research on our home. Installation took two days (we were told of that) and Hannah, their office manager, communicated with me regularly on all of the status. We now have a new Trane Comfort system, which modulates the humidity in the house as well. So far, so good! But from a service perspective, I can say that Wesson Air was truly outstanding. If only all service experiences were this pleasant. Thank you! :)

AAA+++. I’ve used Wesson Air for about 20 years. A few years back my 17 year old AC unit stopped working. The Wesson tech diagnosed it as a faulty relay, inexpensive repair, and quickly replaced it. He could have told me the old unit was shot so I’d have to buy a new unit. But this company is by far the most honest company I’ve ever known. Another time I called them because my front bedroom stayed too warm. Wesson came out and said it’s not the AC, it’s the large single paned, floor to ceiling, metal frame widow facing East that is heating up the room. I replaced the window with a double paned energy efficient window and problem solved. They could have said I needed a larger AC unit. Kudos to owner Mark Wesson for running an honest crew, honest business with excellent service!

I have used Wesson Air Inc now for over ten years, and have never had anything less than outstanding service from Wesson Air. The people from the office staff to the service technicians are always courteous, and professional in everything they do.

Darnell did a good job. Very friendly and willing to think out loud to me about my ac unit as he performed his job. Wesson Air has treated me well for over 20 years. Their service and their service team gives me confidence that they’re there for me at any time of day.
