I have used Wesson Air for about 15 years for all three units in my home. They do an excellent job and I highly recommend them. Plus, the owner, Mark, is very involved in the business. If there is an issue he will show up at your front door. And when you have their maintenance contract if you come home from vacation at 10 o’clock at night to the AC being out and call them they will send someone over to fix it!

We had Wesson air install our air conditioning and furnace a few years ago and have had them do the maintenance ever since. Their knowledge and quality of work is fantastic. The techs are friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. I let Wesson monitor my system remotely so if there are any problems, the owner, Mark can log in and look at what's going with the system. I would highly recommend them for new installation or repairs.

As usual placed a call to Wesson Air for a checkup on my a/c unit and was given a date.
Showed up on time which is always good. Michael, the service tech, was very thorough and explained everything he was doing and what was needed beyond the what the service contract allowed.
When he finished everything the neat and clean.
I would recommend Wesson Air to anyone.

I have used Wesson Air for over 20 years. They have serviced my existing HVAC systems and also have done two complete replacements. The latest involved 3 complete HVAC systems - two large units for our downstairs and one for our upstairs. The original Carrier systems were failing and not working efficiently. Wesson removed the old equipment, rebuilt and trimmed out the air handler boxes (which look beautiful), replaced the air handlers and outside condenser units, ran new refrigerant and drain lines and started up the new systems. It is one of the most professional installations I have ever seen for a residence. I wish they had been my original contractor when we built our custom home. See the attached photo of our upstairs unit. The outside units are also beautiful and everything is working great! Our house feels far more comfortable with the new equipment and we are really enjoying the excellent air quality.

I would highly recommend Wesson Air for both maintenance and system installs. I would also highly recommend hiring them for an annual maintenance plan which can keep your existing equipment working properly and help extend its life - new equipment can be expensive, so regular maintenance is a great idea.

Albert did a through job servicing my AC system. He was polite, asked if there were any issues, explained what he was doing as he progressed and made recommendations.

Jose was a fabulous service technician. He took the time to educate me on a system I was unfamiliar with and was adept at working with Ecobee thermostats.

Had NEW A/C installed in Orlando. The two guys that installed were professional and very nice. Took time to show me and answer my questions. Would highly recommend Elite A/C. Fair price and quality equipment. Was on time and clean. SERVICE, PROFESSIONALISM and QUALITY.

Fantastic ! Richie came to my house fast and took care of me. He upgraded me with an ultraviolet lamp and also some little extras. He is professional, timely, knowledgeable, and very helpful unexplained what I should do and should not do. Thank you Richie and Elite A/C!!

We had a great experience with Elite AC and would highly recommend them! Henry, Chris and Andrew did our install, and their professionalism and customer service was top notch! They laid out plastic when they worked inside and left things as neat and clean as when they arrive. Just a pleasure to deal with! We also priced them out with other companies, and their prices are very competitive. We'd highly recommend this company.

This company is Top Notch excellent customer service. Richard was the technician who took care of us, he is very knowledgeable, professional and highly recommended.

Well when he arrived it was about 76, 77*. Well of course my house was cool. According to him . After all the test he conducted, everything was fine. Could find any problems. Now that is 88* outside is 78* inside my house . Hopefully one the sun goes down that will change . But I think he did a great job. Just didn’t find the problem.

Gerald provided top tier service when he came to assess our situation. He took time to answer all of my questions and shared his concerns with our current situation. Highly recommend

Ryan Burlinghaus was yet another wonderful technician. He did a complete regular maintenance and overall check.He identified a damaged part and replaced the impacted parts.

Jose Mercado provided superior maintenance of our air conditioning system. It was spotless when he was done. He was very polite and respectful.

Eddie Morales was very thorough when performing the semi annual maintenance on my air conditioner. He provided guidance on monthly maintenance we can do to prevent issues.

Want to share our great experience with Elite AC LLC out of Ormond. The estimater Jason came out gave us an estimate. We talked made some adjustments, He was great to work with. He and the office scheduled the install of our new heat pump and air handler. The installation by Youbert and Jorge along with their project coordinator Jose was professional. In all very nice workmanship, they cleaned up nicely before departing.

I don’t usually provide Google reviews since many companies extort them by offering discounts/coupons for leaving one. I am receiving no compensation or other benefit for this review.

After spending thousands of dollars among three other A/C companies who diagnosed the problems with our A/C, we learned we had a rare line leak in a relatively new house. Challenged by rerouting copper lines without further incurring damage and aesthetically unattractive solutions in the form of drywall repair and/or exterior duct work, we couldn’t get any of the three companies who diagnosed the problem to submit a bid or return our calls.

Fortunately, we were referred to Elite by a neighbor. Richard and Antonio were very patient, answering all our questions and providing options since we knew we were in for a big expense. Jesús and Misael sweated over a 4-day period in 90+ degree temperatures and through hurricane Helene implementing an amazing solution that will not only make it easy for us to find a problem in the off-chance we experience another leak, but the line is encased in a clean, professional duct leading from an attic to a closet to the garage and outside, hidden by landscaping. No drywall repair. No visible ductwork.

The best part of our experience was that after we agreed on the price, they learned the equipment we actually needed was less expensive than originally quoted. So they charged us accordingly. Any unprincipled company would have proceeded to charge us the higher price we agreed to and would have never told us. We will be hiring Elite for all of our maintenance.

He was so professional he was on time. He was absolutely amazing. He told me what we needed to do to solve the problem. He ordered my parts. I most definitely will call again.
