Albert stopped by this morning to do some routine maintenance checks on my HVAC system. He quickly got to work and began to check both the interior air handler and the exterior compressor units. Among other things, he swapped out my old filter and rinsed out the condensation line. He finished up by explaining in detail, all of the things he checked. He finished up by reviewing some of the maintenance options that I should consider.

Richie was my technician. He was on time, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Although my review is a couple of weeks late, Richie deserves his due for his professionalism and knowledge.

Richie from Elite AC came to do the annual maintenance on my air conditioning system today and he was the most professional service tech I have ever had in my home. It had been raining, and before he came into my house, he put plastic booties on his shoes so he wouldn't dirty up my floors, which I thought was very considerate. Richie conducted multiple tests on my AC system to let me know if the freon was low and it ended up being down a couple of pounds. Richie also let me know my system was undersized ( 3.5 Ton )for the size of my house (2800 sq ft) and based on that assessment, I turned the conversation into getting quotes on replacing my 9 year old unit, rather than throwing good money after bad. The quotes were based on a 5 ton 2 stage 15 SEER system which came out to be around $12,000 - $15,000. I was offered a $1,0000 discount if I paid in cash (their website offers a $1,000 off downloadable coupon on any NEW system, so it really wasn't a special offer for only ME--offered by the boss to "me only" and "TODAY" only-- so that was somewhat deceptive and high pressure) but I had to commit to having the work done the same day which I just could not do. I don't know of too many people that can sign the contract the same day without getting at least 2 more quotes-- or at least thinking about it overnight. I told Richie that I would give him the first right of refusal after I got 2 more quotes.

We really appreciate you sending Richie and Jose he was very thorough very formal and actually helped us identify a different problem that was causing the issue I will always recommend Elite AC to all my neighbors and anybody who has an AC issue

I worked with Ryan on purchasing a new HVAC Jan 2025. He is personable and trust worthy. Currently selling home and inspection report read major problems with ducts. He came out and gave quotes for repair and/or replacement but confirmed it is only the outer casing that is damaged not the ducts themselves. They are old and will need to be replaced in future but no longer frightened. Thank you for honesty and integrity.

Richard discovered an issue that could have caused serious damage--had it happen before in another home, so I didn't want it to happen again. He fixed that and offered other important maintenance advice as well. The tune up was fast and thorough. I'm relieved that everything was handled so efficiently.

The Elite technician Richard Dorris was very professional, very thorough and took the time to explain, show and answer questions about the system. It was a very pleasant experience, which I appreciated as many times home repair experiences are not. He truly seems to enjoy his job.

What an awful experience! I was told that I needed to fully replace my 8.5 year old system. When he left, there wasn't any airflow any longer and the pipes on my furnace froze up. Turns out, he never reconnected the blower, leaving me without air flow for 4 days until another company came to my rescue. I was also told that there was a refrigerant leak, and upon further testing, there wasn't one. I was told the cost of repairing the system wasn't worth it due to the age and that a new system would be best...at 12k. After my second opinion came, and told me that the technician left my blower unplugged and the refrigerant wasn't leaking, he also told me he could fix the issue for $1700. This was never even brought to my attention as a possible fix. ***People rely on businesses to be honest and respectful. Lying and making things look broken are despicable. In this economy we need people who want to HELP us, not just try to earn their commission. So disappointed and will never recommend this company to anyone.

My copper line failed, blew out between outside and blower inside. More expensive than I expected to replace but necessary. Quick, next day service to beat an upcoming cold snap.

After 20 years in the real estate industry and utilizing countless HVAC companies for my properties, Elite AC stands out as one of the best. On New Year's Eve our upstairs unit was not heating. Called Elite AC and within an hour their technician, Jose, was out and solved the issue. He was extremely professional and explained everything he had done to remedy the problem.
