I gave Elite A/C a call because my HVAC system kept turning off prematurely and in trying to follow googles instructions I tried resetting my system which led me to being without A/C all together. The young lady that took my call was amazing, she listened to what was going on with the system and what I had done on my end to resolve the issue. She explained what my original issue sound like it could be, and was able to get me scheduled for an appointment in less than 48hours.
My service technician was Richie. He gave me a call the morning of to let me know his ETA. Richie also allowed me to explain exactly what was going on so that he could properly assess the issue and he noted that I hadn’t had any general maintenance done on my HVAC system, so he offered to get me setup with their maintenance plan to keep my running efficiently and hopefully avoid the issue I was having, he was even able to knock out my first maintenance right then, allowing him to find a hidden issue that may be causing my extremely high electrical bill.
Overall the receptionist and Richie were professional, great communicators, timely, and very knowledgeable.
Definitely my go to company for HVAC services.

Jose Mercado (HVAC technician) was a pleasure to work with. He quickly diagnosed the issue and brought me to the system and explained it to me. He efficiently made the repair and was extremely professional throughout the process.

I'm super pleased with Elite A/C, Ritchie was are tech that was sent to maintenance our system.
Very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He shared every detail and explained how the units work. With being new to being a homeowner in Florida, his sharing of knowledge was greatly appreciated. These units definitely get worked harder than up north (We love the heat). We told him about our one bedroom not cooling like the others. With no hesitation or excuses he said I'll get my ladder and crawl up in the ceiling and check to see what you have going on. He did just that, as most people would ve had seven different excuses to not get up there and look Ritchie did it with no hesitation. Love his work ethic! With that being said he found our issue and explained what we needed to do to make it right. We will never have any other company other than Elite.

I had my six month check up on our new AC system that Elite, installed for us. Technician Albert showed up at the appointed time (even got here a little earlier and texted to ask if that was all right). Very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Very friendly and explain what we needed to do in the future to be sure to keep the drain clean. I’d highly recommend Elite,, especially if they send Albert!

Your technician Albert Feliz was great, he was very professional, and he found the problem with my AC unit quickly. He replaced the capacitor, and he made sure everything else was operating smoothly. he answered all questions I had. I loved the response I got from Elite AC LLC service scheduling; they had a technician at my door within hours.

Ryan was awesome. He came out to our house to look at our system because we believed the heat wasn’t working (turns out our Florida AC unit feels just as we do about the cold) and went through the entire system to ensure nothing was wrong. Billy is a top-notch professional! We had a new AC system installed a year ago that had frequent issues. I had Billy come out to evaluate the system and he instantly identified the problems that hadn't been fixed. I was able to get all parts and labor covered for the fix by the original installation company.
