A/C Mechanix was referred to me by a trusted friend for a second opinion on another company's recommendation. Yesterday I had a whole new system installed by A/C Mechanix and I couldn't be happier! Dan and his team were polite, friendly and professional, and my new system is working great. I highly recommend this company for their communication, the quality of the work and the reasonable price!

First, I payed extra to have service performed on Saturday. An appointment was set between 9-12AM. At11:50am Saturday, no call or follow up. I made a call to question what's going on only to be told the tech. was delayed and should arrive later in the afternoon.
10/14/2023 2:30PM the tech shows, again no follow up regarding his late arrival time. So I was charged $175 for being late for the service call, and then advised that I need a simple replacement part to fix the problem, only to discover there will be charging me another $165.00 for a $20.00 part to be installed. I refused.
I have been a customer for over 15 years, now I am done with
A/C Mechanix.

I am a property manager and we have been calling AC Mechanix for AC issues in my rental homes for many years. They are very easy to contact by phone and by email. They respond to problems right away and are thorough in their diagnosis of the issues and repairs. I recommend them absolutely.

Brad and his team at A/C Mechanix are top notch. They have always provided service in a timely manner. I originally had another company come out to look at my A/C unit and recommended that I replace the unit. I called A/C Mechanix for a second opinion and they were able to get the unit up and running for a fraction of the cost. I appreciate that they would rather repair a unit than just recommend replacement. I will definitely be using A/C Mechanix for all of my A/C repairs and also when I need a replacement. I have used AC Mechanix for years. The owner, Brad, is passionate about his work, very trustworthy and is a nice gentleman. His staff (customer service and techs) is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I do not trust another company to perform any repairs on my AC, or any replacements. They are the best with pricing, and the quality of work is supreme!

I have been very pleased with the service of this company. Not only are they very fast and reliable…..the technicians and owner are very kind and thorough. Wayne the tech spent lots of time, running many tests to try to get the AC cooling properly. They do not try to scare or scam you into buying items you don’t need. Very trustworthy and will continue to do business with them.

Brad responds very quickly and his team works closely with him to create great customer service. He spent his time, was very thorough, and clean. Very trustworthy guy. Highly recommend.

The way you see it a company is worthy of your time and money is what they do when there is an issue and how they resolve it. The owner himself came out and handled the follow up to the first call and fixed the issue expeditiously.
In fact, he was very helpful and informative - made me feel comfortable and confident in what he was diagnosing and how he would

When I walked into my office yesterday and it was extremely hot, I knew I had to call AC mechanix. From the moment I called them to the moment they left my office, everything went smoothly and efficiently. They were all attentive to my needs as a customer. On a hot holiday, July 4th, the owner Brad personally came out to my office to replace a capacitor. It was a quick job and I appreciate him coming so I could work the 5th as I cannot service my skin care and lash clients without A/C. My landlord recommends A/C Mechanix and I do too. Thank you!

My AC is STILL OUT because a vendor sent AC Mechanix the wrong unit, but AC Mechanix still took care of me by sending Albert to my house with a portable AC!!

Once I decided on installing a new system Brad was quick to deliver me a quote that was very fair and he included all of the details we discussed. He got me on the schedule quickly and his team arrived right on time for my installation. Eric and George assessed the job and went straight about their work, efficiently installing my new pump, handler and 2 additional ducts. Approximately 3-4 years ago, Summergate community contracted A/C Mechanix Heat & Air LLC to perform various projects around the community; property owners at Summergate were encouraged by a former board at Summergate to utilize A/C Mechanix Heat & Air LLC services by purchasing a new Air condition and having it installed by them.

On 12/16/2024, A/C Mechanix Heat & Air performed a diagnostic and informed me and my husband that we had a bad blower. When we asked if the part is under warranty, the technician said yes but the labor cost to replace it would be $635.00. The technician than proceeded to emphasis that it wouldn’t matter how long it took to replace the blower, the price would remain at $635.00.

After less than 20 minutes, the technician with A/C Mechanix Heat & Air LLC replaced the blower. My husband called and spoke with one of the managers (I believe her name was Nadia) to explain that we felt that we have been taken advantage of. It was only until several attempts did the manager manage to lower the price to $465.00.

Ruth was kind enough to refer me to Yaada at A/C Mechanix who was very helpful with my order for a new air conditioner and was able to clarify all my concerns. Thank you Yaada for all of your help and follow through. George took his time with the inside wiring and did an incredible job with the full installation along with two other installers who were very professional. Everything was cleaned out and done with perfection. Nick was really great with the original quote details and he helped with the final installation for the thermostat. This family owned company is honest and follows through. My family has used their services in the past to fix an inside unit. I recommend them. They do not try to sell you a new unit if it is not necessary - there is no pressure and the quote is real. I am really happy with my new Bryant air conditioner. Thank you A/C Mechanix

I have used AC Mechanix a couple of times and had a great experience, first with Nick and I just had Perry. My AC stopped cooling all of a sudden and Perry diagnosed the problem, ordered the part needed and a couple of days later installed it himself. He was very professional, honest and explained in detail what the problem was. After the part was installed he ran several tests to make sure the unit was cooling and working smoothly. Very happy with the service!

This company is amazing! I called for an estimated and the next day Nick came to my condo and answered all my questions about air conditioners. He was extremely knowledgeable and as promised, had his team coming over two days later. They arrived on time to to replace my AC unit. The guys were extremely professional and did an amazing job. I wanted to express my appreciation for the honest service from AC Mechanix.  On 5/21, my tenant alerted me that the air conditioning system was blowing hot air for some days. I drove a long distance to the site and attempted to repair it.  I added some 410a into the system, but unfortunately, it still didn’t seem to work. Given that the AC is 14 years old, I have decided it’s time for a replacement.  Having had positive experiences with AC Mechanix owner Brad, I immediately contacted the office. Despite Brad’s absence, the office staff was remarkably efficient. Paggy promptly arranged for a technician to visit the site.  On 5/22. the technician, Nick came and his approach was thorough and knowledgeable.  He arrived on time and took the necessary time to explain my options for the new system and gave me an estimate. His expertise allowed him to correct my mistake regarding the old AC. I greatly appreciate his attention to detail and commitment to ensuring I had accurate information. The old system seemed to be functioning when Nick was there. Nick told me that adding freon sometimes has delayed results the next day.  That was truly incredible!!!  I appreciate the honesty and integrity of AC Mechanic in doing business.
I know it’s only a matter of time before AC breaks down. Given that this old Rheem system has had numerous issues in the past, I need a replacement very soon. I  want to extend my heartfelt thanks to AC Mechanix for their efficient and quick response. Their service truly sets them apart. Even with numerous choices available in Orlando, I can confidently say that AC Mechanix in Longwood remains my preferred choice.

Great service! Tech Dan and his assistant tech Chris were amazing! They really took the time to ensure it was a quality job. You can tell they really love what they do! It was an absolute pleasant experience.

The gentleman who came to fix my AC unit was so nice and very courteous as well. I believe his name was Brad. They most certainly didn't keep us waiting with no ac, as they arrived first thing in the morning, which was just perfect! They called me and texted before they arrived so I was not caught off guard. What I appreciated a lot was he listened to me try to describe the issue (I don't work in hvac) and was not dismissive. He ended up figuring out what was wrong super fast, and fixed it even faster. I honestly didn't realize how bad my ac was working before hand, because now my house is freezing!
I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has ac problems.
