Brad & his team are both fantastic people, and an outstanding provider of excellence services! We have been using A/C Mechanix for many years, and wouldn’t look anywhere else. My Mom is selling the house and decided to get one last maintenance before turning it over to the new owner. We will recommend he continues to use them. Lavoris was our last technician and he was great as always! Superior workmanship.

They installed a brand new indoor and out door Ac unit incorrectly 4 times. Causing my business to flood 3 different times. Causing mold, wall damage and lots of equipment damage. They are the absolute worst. Please use a different company, you'll thank me later

We were literally without our A/C not working for 2+ years because the owner refused to pay for repairs, 5 A/C companies came in those 2 years and did nothing or whatever repairs they did last only a few days. we had 3 window units which made our electricity bill double what we paid in the past. FINALLY a A/C company who came in assessed the problem we knew was there and completed the job same day, left us with a working unit with brand new duct. The 3 gentleman where very fast, efficient, very respectful and made sure they cleaned up after themselves. Great work!!!

We have been using AC Mechanix for years. We have not been disappointed yet. Between the appointment schedulers, the technicians, and Brad, we are treated with kindness and empathy for the lack of AC in this Florida heat. They are also willing to teach you how to troubleshoot a problem before you have to make the call. 5 stars all the way!

I have been a long standing customer of AC Mechanix for well over 20+ years now. In that time I would honestly say I have been genuinely satisfied and very pleased with their services.

Yesterday, they installed my 2nd HVAC unit, a 2-ton Goodman, which is what they had also installed for me the first time. I have a relatively small townhome so a 2-ton system is quite sufficient. What’s more, Goodman is generally given very good marks and is a perfect system for anyone on a tight budget.

The installers were Dan and his assistant, Angel. Dan is a seasoned technician who has been with the company for a number of years, and trust me, it shows. He knows his stuff and I was comforted knowing he would do an excellent job. While Angel is newer to the trade, I also found him to be knowledgeable and just as thorough.

One thing I have always liked about AC Mechanix is that they are a small company, so their quality of work matters and is taken seriously. Having said that, there was an unexpected miscommunication regarding this latest installation as it related to the copper line set. During several conversations with their office, I had mentioned the need for a new line set and was told it would definitely be included with the new unit. Unfortunately, that critical piece was somehow omitted from the notes for the installers. This then led to another team member having to drop off the copper line set, delaying the install. Luckily, this error was caught early enough in the process to not cause too much of a delay. What’s more, the office was kind enough to compensate me for the oversight by giving me an upgrade on a thermostat at no additional charge.

So while the miscommunication regarding the line set was unfortunate, it was definitely an exception to what has otherwise normally been quality work and excellent customer service.

AC Mechanix and their hardworking staff, such as Ruth and Peggy in the office, not to mention highly experienced technicians, including Nick and Karter, do outstanding work and I will continue to recommend them to everyone for any HVAC needs. Also, let me just say again how very pleased I was with Dan and Angel. They both did an amazing job with the installation and I highly recommend them.

I used to like these guys. I had AC leaking inside my house . Sent out someone and he said he fixed it. Problem didnt fix. I called and same guy came out and he wasn't sure why it was leaking but he didnt charge that time. Then whole system stops. They send out AC repair. He says he cant find problem but will send out Senior repair man. Got call later that day that Saturday a senior repair man would come. Almost 2 pm and no text or call.

I have been a long time service customer of A/C Mechanix and recently had to replace my air conditioning system. They were prompt to put a temporary fix on my system until the new one could be installed to save us from the August heat in Florida. They quickly came back to replace a faulty part from the manufacturer.
THEN when I mistakenly overpaid for the unit, I was promptly refunded without having to make any request on my part.
I am a fan/customer for life!
