Went above and beyond to help me out. Excellent job. Did some add-ons just because he felt they were needed and did not charge me for them. Very neat cleaned up and got rid of any mess. This was for a new air handler install. Will definitely use him again.

Had Billy come out and check an issue we were having with our AC unit as it wasn't working properly. He was prompt, on time and responsive in communication before showing up. When he arrived he was friendly, showed me what the problem was and how it could be addressed and repaired. He was more then happy to help explain further the reasons for the issue and insightful as to how these issues could be prevented in the future. Great service, started work when he stated he would, worked all day, cleaned up as he went along and hauled away all debris. The completion of the job looked highly professional and will be an added benefit should I ever decide to sell my home. This is my second time using Billy Blackburn's services. It is hard to find honest, reliable and trustworthy help these days. I feel I can trust his opinion whenever he has worked on my A/C unit. Today he installed a new weather stripping for my exterior door and 2 smoke detectors. I don't feel comfortable allowing just anyone in my home. I was thankful for his help with these two tasks which needed to be completed so my condo can be compliant before the Fire Marshall inspects my condominium complex in February 2024.
