My AC system finally gave out after 15 years. The people at Energy Masters Air took care of me during a tough situation and were professional, caring, and honest throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend their services to anyone in Central Florida.

I had a terrific experience with Sam and Garrett. They expedited an install before our new home was listed. I couldn’t be happier with our new AC unit and the service process.

5 stars does not come close to the expertise & honesty Energy Masters offers. I have used them over the years & more times then not, simple inexpensive repairs were done. No sales pitches for expensive unneeded replacements. They are a family owned & operated, they treat you as if you are family. Can recommend them higher.

We have been though many AC companies in the past 30 years and never found the right fit for servicing our system at our home and office. We've been using Energy Masters for the past 1 1/2 years at both properties and the're always on time and have great people that work in their office making appointments. With our busy schedule having a trustworthy company with great communication and service makes all the difference in the world to us. They responded quickly to my call and had the AC in our gym up and running within an hour of opening the following day. The gentleman that came out to service the unit was very polite and helpful, going out of his way and exceeded my expectations. We have been using Energy Master Air in Longwood for about 20 years for both our business and home HVAC equipment needs. This included purchases and repairs. Sam, the Owner along with his team has always quick to take my call 24/7 and promptly resolve any emergencies for us. We have purchased all our equipment from him and his prices have always been very competitive. We would highly recommend Sam and his company to any one needing any type of air conditioning or heating equipment or needing any types of repairs.

I have a home warranty service and started calling in January to get our A/C unit repaired. They sent several companies out whose recommendations costs me several thousand dollars and the unit still did not work. After giving up on my warranty company, I called Energy Masters Air who knew how to diagnose the problem and got my unit working like a charm. I wish I had known about them before investing in the suggestions of other companies who obviously could not repair my unit. Very professional, knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend Energy Masters Air!

A great experience all around. Russell, the technician, is extremely knowledgeable and smiles all the time. The service was prompt and the quality of care was excellent. The prices were also very good. I highly recommend them.

I wish we had more like Sam, someone who will be as transparent as possible, trust worthy and provide timely quality service at a reasonable and fair price, unlike the larger local brands that we see driving around the area. Just had our whole system replaced. Very impressed with the work. Our old system was pretty junky. The previous owners cut a lot of corners on home repair projects. However, these guys did an awesome job upgrading our system. The workers were super nice and professional. The price was very reasonable. We had some quotes from other people, and Sam gave us the best price for the best unit. Definitely recommend them to anyone!

Energy Masters recently replaced my air conditioner and I'm very happy that I chose them for the work. I picked them after talking with 5 other local AC contractors. Energy Masters was not the most or least expensive, however, Sam the owner was most interested in getting to the root cause of my problem. After several months of dealing with problems related to my AC I was finally confident that everything would be resolved correctly. They were responsive to the punch out items and it has been running like a champ since they did the work.

Sam and his team were wonderful! Sadly I had a situation that required a new install to replace a very old unit however Sam was through and empathetic in his explanation of the situation. Not only that but the quote for an entire new system was incredible. Of any other ballparks I’ve heard, this was the best. Even better, they took care of everything the next day in a single go. I called Energy Masters Air and first I got a very warm welcome from a young lady on the phone that assured me someone would be at my home that day between 12 and 3. At approx.. 1:45 P M a Tech. Called and advised me that he was on the way. He arrived and he also was very pleasant. It only took a few minutes to tell me that he had found the problem the price was very Fair and with in an hour and a half he had me up and cooling. True Service Company would Recommend them to my own Mom bravo Sam you are great. 5 STARS ARE NOT ENOUGH

Energy Masters Air was able to identify the source of our issue and perform the repair all within the same day. They were professional and transparent throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Energy Masters Air services and will continue to use them for our HVAC repairs.

My AC went out on a Sunday afternoon, and after some research, I called Energy Masters. They said that they could have someone there to look at it within two hours. But Russell was at my house within 30 minutes! He did a thorough check of the system and offered me the options.

My system was really old, so I got a whole new system for a very reasonable price. Two days later, Russell was back and had my system installed and working well. He completed all the work himself and did a great job. There was one piece he wasn't happy with how it was working initially, so he ordered a new one and had it in place the next week - just to be on the safe side. Everything was clean and working perfectly when he was finished. All areas of my house are much cooler now and the humidity levels are even much lower. I'm very pleased with Russell's work Andrew whole experience in general. He was such a pleasant person to have doing the work and said I could call or text him anytime if I had any problems or questions. Big thumbs up!

Sam and Garrett were so helpful to get our AC installed quickly, even after running into issues with our unit. They went the extra mile to show up early the next day with a new unit that was installed quickly and works perfectly! All at a reasonable cost. Thankful to have cold AC again and would definitely recommend this company.

We had our HVAC replaced last December by Sam and his sons. While other companies were pushy and would not give me an expiration date for the quote, Sam was upfront and honest. He was prompt and was able to get the job scheduled and complete in a timely manner. Will definitely be using Energy Masters for all HVAC needs going forward.
