Called with a possible emergent plumbing issue and the person on the phone was very nice and despite it being close to a holiday and very busy, they had someone out within 2 hours. Our technician, Zach, was responsive and very professional and explained everything clearly. He had to come back the next day and it was the same hassle-free experience. I would use the company again if the need arose.

Jean came out and did a great job on clearing out my drain that was backing up. Really professional and knowledgeable with the service he performed. I've used this company for plumbing twice and will continue to do so with the service that I've had.

If you’re in the market for ac work or replacing a system give these guys a try. I had horror stories from my last house with other companies. I worked with ryan Ellis and everything went as smooth as possible. He was on time. Gave great information. Followed up with me since he knew I had a crazy schedule. I finally scheduled the ac replacement they were out here within 2 days and installed the system. Two guys came so one was working inside while the other was working outside. This made the install much faster and efficient. Once they were finished they reviewed the equipment and tested everything with me. Ryan followed up again to make sure everything was working properly. I like that this company was responsive, fast, priced well and followed up on their commitments.

Lincoln Brown was the absolute best! He was friendly and knowledgeable about what was wrong with my air handler and got to work immediately! He kept me informed the entire time he was working on my system, what he was doing, and how it affected the overall system. Most technicians look annoyed when customers ask questions, not Lincoln. He was educational in what he was doing and was cordial with me the entire time. He was in and out in and out in an hour and he fixed my problem (a clogged condenser drain) in record time.

I would highly recommend Lincoln and USHAC!

This business was AMAZING! They were ON IT! Ross was VERY communicative with me when I called him to set up an in home estimate.
Zach and Stefan were the plumbers that came out. They were polite, focused and installed a toilet on the second floor. Everyone answered all of my questions (especially since I was a little nervous about this install.)
Ans on another note, I got three estimates from three different companies before choosing this one. They had the most fair price.
I whole-heartedly recommend this business to others! 5 stars all around.

I must comment on the excellent job done by Jamael, Yeari, and Anthony in install an air conditioner in my home. When they arrived at my door they stated who they were and the name of the company they work for. I am so impressed of a well done job. They were friendly and courteous. They also showed me how to work the fancy thermostat. I just love my system and appreciate the hard work such young men performed for me. So happy with service and system.

Started off great! Salesman Adam was good. Anthony the technician was wonderful at installing my new a/c, and very pleasant and friendly. But they did not replace the FPP disconnect as promised. They need to replace a breaker that kept on blowing with the new unit installed and now there is water on top of my water heater. Was promised 24 hr. service from Adam, but the 8 times that I've called I am told someone will get back to me! The a/c is working and cooling the unit, but is not working properly. No one will call me back!

Adam Elbary comfort Advisor is very helpful and knowledge on the work he does. He was always there to answer my questions and help me on things I didn’t know or understand. I will recommend this business to others.
Angel Stefan the installer is very knowledge and pleasant. He clearly explained and showed me things I should know about the A/C Unit System installed. He and his helper arrived at 8 o’clock in the morning and worked hard till very late noon to get the work done. I will these people and this company 5 starts.

I'm very pleased with the level of service I received with US Heating and Air. From the first call Barry and the technician came out on the first day I called!! We ended up needing a new system, Barry was able to show me real time quotes and helped talk me through the options. When I was ready to schedule the install there were appointments available within the week. My installers Angel and Bernard arrived right on time, the installation went smoothly, and were very informative during the process. Couldn't have asked for a better crew. Thank you!

My hats off to this company for taking my call quickly and giving me a Saturday appointment. I have had my wired smoke detectors going off for almost two days. I couldn't get anyone to help me. Jessuan Ayala fixed what Mr. Sparky screwed up. He label my my breakers, replaced my wired smoke detectors and replaced a dimmer switch. He was very professional and kept the work area clean. I will get much needed sleep tonight. It will be quiet in my house.

Company was able to schedule a visit immediately and Zach was great. He identified the issue, informed me of things to know as a homeowner, and was professional and on time. Would definitely use them again.

Mainly their Service was so quick and professional. Everyone that I interacted (Charlton Craig, Angel Espinosa, Joel R, Joe/R) was amazing with United States Heating & Air Conditioning! Everyone was so kind and helpful to get a brand new AC unit and Compressor installed within 2 days after I received my initial estimate. Pricing was upfront and honest. Everyone at United States Heating & Air Conditioning are incredibly guys! I will absolutely be using them again!

My experience with this company has been great. It started with a call on a Monday and Nick coming a few hours later to do an inspection and offer a quote. Then the AC unit was installed the next day by Lincoln and Anthony. Talk about quick service! Everything was done with professionalism from the inspection and installation. Nick made sure that I received the best option for a unit that was within my budget. Lincoln and Anthony made sure that my unit was installed properly and with care. Thank you all so much!

Had a terrific experience start to finish. Lincoln was excellent for a late night repair attempt, Adam was very professional and worked out a great deal for a complete system replacement , and Anthony and Cameron performed a flawless installation. Ended up having an electrical issue that they sent Kirby out for and fixed right away with no problems. Over all excellent service and knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly technicians!

US Heating and Air is incredibly responsive. They have always scheduled my service quickly and timely. Zach was great! He is friendly and professional. He gave us options in our repairs. He did a great job! We had a toilet replaced and it looks great. Better yet, it works great.

Update February 2024: Max tuned up my unit today. 10/10 stars. Great service, personable and professional. Replaced a part and installed a UV light to keep mold under control. I recommend this company and Max (and Juan!).

August 2023: Thank you, Juan! Listen, if you haven't had your air conditioner serviced or tuned-up in a while, do it! I found a clog in my drain earlier this week (Fortunately no damage and shame on me for not maintaining my A/C properly sooner). Juan came out, cleaned my drain which had a drum full of JUNK. He then serviced the unit to make sure all is running properly. I signed up for their service which includes one additional tune-up and a complimentary inspection by a plumber and electrician.Good value for the money. I'll continue to schedule a tune-up on my unit every six months moving forward, considering that in this Florida heat, I don't go a day without using my A/C. Juan is a nice guy and did a great job explaining what was needed for maintaining my unit.

Colis did a great job. On time and quality work. We are very happy with his installation.

Andrew Costa from US Heating and Air-conditioning, inc. arrived at my home promptly and began to work on my ac unit in the attic that caused a leak in my laundry room ceiling. He realized that the electric connections to the 2 water switches were crossed and therefore no alarm triggered that caused the water leak. It took him an hour to drain 20 gallons of water from the 2 ac trays and then there was still a blockage that took even more time and emptied his air cylinder! He finally figured it out. His work was clean. He explained what was going on throughout the process. I am impressed with his dedication on getting the job done right even though it took longer than anticipated. I have signed up with this company to do my twice yearly maintenance on my Ac unit.
I think that you will be happy with their service and attitude.
