DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! Find a A/C company who is respectful to their customers. Chris at Airtech is a liar and incompetent. She states she knows everything yet has no clue regarding service performed at my home. Further, she refuses to allow me the customer to speak with the general manager Luigi therefore I have no choice but to file a lawsuit against them which is what Chris encouraged me to do.

Overall everything was great. Luigi is very personable and friendly and the price was very competitive. The installers, Francesco and Francesco, were on time and friendly and did a great job on the install, answered my many questions, and left the area clean when finished. They were meticulous in their tasks and it showed. I highly recommend AirTech of Central Florida.

Tech arrived on time and was extremely engaging. He checked out the unit and determined the problem. Repair was done, unit checked out, and a reasonable bill was presented. Very happy with every aspect of this service call.

I would give infinite stars if I could. Tristan is great at what he does. So responsible and conscientious of his work. I was not worried one bit about the outcome. We have a brand new hot water tank. !!! One less worry for me. Don't let Tristan get away from y'all. He's one in million. Thank you, thank you.

Contacted Air Tech of Central Florida emergency number Easter Sunday to discuss a problem with the unit at my daughter’s home in Longwood Florida. They contacted me within a few minutes of my call to discuss options for repairs required and for renewal of a yearly service contract that would expire very soon. We decided to schedule a tech visit the following day at which time Technician Marco Ferraro visited, as promised, and completed the repairs required and the service check list. This is the second time that I have worked with Marco and each time I have been very pleased with his professional performance and excellent communication. The repair and maintenance services were completed with documentation provided and the work area left clean and organized. I am very pleased with and highly recommend Air Tech and their service personnel to anyone searching for a professional honest company for their air conditioning service needs.

Possibly one of the most pleasant, effective and educational repair calls I've experienced since moving to central Florida. Francesco walked me through the process on how to do regular maintenance to extend the life and function of my AC unit and the systems inside the house. He did fix the issue with the Kick start component and now my AC is back in good health. Thank you.

We are very happy about the services provided by Air Tech technician Mr Emmanuel. He did cleaning, flushing and in-depth maintenance of two Air-Conditioning units very thoroughly. He’s very professional and transparent with customers.
We are very pleased with the office staff also. The front office personnel ( Cathy ) are customer friendly and easy to talk to.
The price they charged us to maintain 2 AC units (twice) a year is very reasonable. We wish the company a great success.

Emmanuel was a fantastic tech who serviced our AC system. He was thorough in identifying any issues and clearly explained all the recommendations and their importance. The entire team is fantastic! They were able to get someone to come to my house on a Saturday by getting a technician to come in on his day off.
