When our air conditioning suddenly died, they came out the very same day. Luigi came out to explain everything to us, and he was absolutely wonderful—kind, warm, friendly, patient, and genuinely caring. He took his time, explained the different units and options clearly, and helped us choose what made the most sense for our home while also being cost-effective. He never once made us feel pressured—only supported.

Once the paperwork was signed, parts were ordered quickly and the installers arrived right on time. They were professional, respectful, and kept everything clean while they worked. The installation went smoothly, and we absolutely love our new system. The new technology is amazing—especially the Ecobee thermostat. They trained us thoroughly so we understood how to use it, and now it’s connected to our phones and even to Alexa, which we love.

What really sets AirTech apart is the follow-up. Luigi personally checked in with us multiple times to make sure everything was working well and that we were truly satisfied. That kind of care is rare.

We also want to mention pricing. After getting quotes from other companies—some two to three times higher—AirTech gave us a very fair and reasonable price. But more than that, we felt genuine care from every employee. They weren’t just trying to sell us something; they cared about our comfort and our budget.

Sanjay and his team did a phenomenal job. I got six different quotes, as I was always told that that is the way you should gauge whether or not you're getting a good deal. I wasn't satisfied with any of them based on the research that I had been doing on my own. I started looking for other AC companies and stumbled upon Sanjay. Came out to my home within 24 hours, looked over the entire house to determine what I needed, and then gave me a quote before he left. The quote was for a high efficiency Trane system, and I needed two of them! When I looked at the system which was being quoted, and I was able to do the research on the make and model that would be installed, it was exactly what I was looking for. The price was ultra-competitive, in fact, it was several thousand below everyone else who informed me that I needed all these special bells and whistles to make my home cool. Needless to say I signed the agreement and both air conditioners were ordered, shipped, and installed in less than a week. The installation was done in a professional manner, it looks exceptionally good, I noticed the difference and how cool my house was right away, and you can't tell that anybody was here because the crew cleaned up after themselves better than I usually clean up after myself. I cannot recommend this company enough, there is a reason that after 200 and some odd reviews they are still at five stars.

Blue Star just installed a 4 ton multi-stage unit at our house. The quote was quick and efficient and the price was more than fair, and they were able to come out and install the unit just a few days after we decided to go with them. The install took one day and they made sure that everything was running smoothly before they left. Our house feels so comfortable now and the unit is so quiet we don't even know it's running. The service was fast and precise. Even after installation, the new compressor had a problem. Two days later, they delivered a replacement under warranty and completed the job.

Very happy customer here and very much recommend Blue Star Air Conditioning. What a great experience! I had 5 A/C companies quote a new installation. Blue Star offered the best system at the best price significantly beating competitors. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to competently explain different units and answer questions. Bottom line: I went with this company because they offered what I felt was the best product at prices lower than the competition offering a lesser product. What I didn't expect was the hands on touch and attention from the owner after the contract was signed. I had a minor concern during installation and the owner came to my home immediately during the install to review and ensure installation was first rate and I was happy. After installation was complete the owner came back to do a final inspection to ensure the installation was of high quality and to explain maintenance of the unit, permit close out and registering for the tax credit. His technicians did a fantastic job with the installation. I couldn't be happier and am glad to have a company I trust And appreciate to service the unit going forward!
