Aire Tech installed a new Carrier ductless split system in my home office. They communicated well, provided courteous service and sent knowledgeable technicians. All aspects of the installation went as planned and now I am cool all day.

In Florida there are a million different ac companies to choose from. Before I got my new unit I dealt with 3 others. They did not have the professionalism or expertise that Air Tech provided. Their sales staff gave me the best price without having to haggle. The technicians that installed my unit were professional, clean and patient with explaining the features of my new unit. I would 100% recommend for any ac services.

Tristan and helper were on time..explained the process and started to work. They found some trunk obstacles but they nicked.it. whole job took about 3 hours. They were great would hire anytime which will probably be soon.

Jose arrived within an hour of my call. I had an intermittent problem that wasn't happening at the time he arrived. Jose was very thorough investigating the issue. A snake found his permanent resting place in an electrical box outside. He also found dirty coils but was not excessively pushy about having them cleaned which would be very expensive. It was a pleasant experience while i learned a little about HVAC.

I am very pleased with all the team at Airtech of Central Florida. Chris went above and beyond to make sure I got the proper Carrier parts needed for my job. They are all very professional, honest and with quality work. A company that I can trust!

Our first service with Air Tech and also with Jeff Davis. The quality of service was exceptional in every way, better than I've ever experienced. Office staff was very polite and personable in scheduling this first-time customer, and Jeff was extremely patient, thorough, and explained things as he went. The end result was a simple wiring issue rather than an expensive repair as we had expected.

Found a pinhole leak in the main waterline going into the home. Used Yelp to locate a local plumber and Air Tech of Central Florida responded. Julio was who I contacted and set up an appointment after I explained the problem. The technician was Tristan, and he presented himself as a knowledgeable and a professional tradesman. Would highly recommend this company for plumbing needs, and their ability to provide the kind of service that seems to be missing in other companies. Honest and timely with a professional demeanor makes this company the one to use when in need.

Any time a service tech does a great job and cleans up after himself, that earns 5 stars. When he goes beyond that to explain what he's doing and tells me things I can do on my own to keep costs down and extend the life of my HVAC unit, that adds even more stars. Thanks, Rob.
