We first used Blue Star Air Conditioning last year to install a new Trane AC in our previous home. They did a superior job and we were so impressed that we used them again on our new property which needed 3 new units. The new Trane AC’s work perfectly. Sanjay took extra time making the system more durable for a coastal environment and he explained everything about the system in detail which I really appreciated. I would not hesitate to use Blue Star again and I highly recommend them.

I have been working with Sanjay and Bluestar for over a decade now. When I first moved to Orlando and I was in a major jam with my AC, a friend recommended Sanjay. Sanjay and Bluestar have been taking care of my ridiculously old AC unit and giving me honest and fair priced repairs for all these years. The time finally came, however, and my 22-year-old Rheem finally gave up on the hottest day of the year. Not only did Sanjay get me an incredible upgrade at an amazing price, him and his 3 man team installed in the next day in absolutely brutal heat. Absolute troopers and all incredibly friendly and respectful of our home and property! I wish I could give them 10 stars, but I’m only allowed to give five. Please give Sanjay a call. He’s got the team and infrastructure of the big guys, but the speed, access and friendliness of true local. We had an issue with one of out units and they replied to my message in less than 1 hour, service was scheduled immediately and the technician who provided it was excellent.

Recently moved to Deland, FL and needed a new A/C - Heat Pump system for a home we purchased that had a limping 16 year old "builder grade" system. Got two bids for the same system, Trane XV17. Not only was Blue Star $1400 cheaper, a better air handler was quoted. I also received excellent customer service with Blue Star. Before the installation I received frequent calls/text from Sanjay to answer my many questions as well as provide information on installation. With the other company we considered it seemed like they had more customers than they could handle and did not communicate to my satisfaction. The guys arrived and went to work. By the end of the day the system was installed and all they explained all of the features and intricacies of the system. Even though this system was at the top of our budget, it is worth every penny, especially given the summer Florida heat. This system is VERY quiet and keeps the home evenly and consistently cool. No blasts of cold air followed by intermittent hot flashes.

Blue Star AC is the best around. We got quotes from several companies when putting in our new air conditioning unit, the best equipment for the price was definitely through Blue Star! Sanjay and his team are professional and knowledgeable. We purchased their service program and they come out twice a year to service the AC. Got a diagnostic done on our HVAC A/C unit since they were recommended as a certified distributor for the A/C brand (Trane). We were told that our AFC board was bad and that the labor for the repair would be just under $1k. When I called around to other repair shops I was quoted about $300. On top of that, when we went with the other repair company, they found out that the diagnostic wasn’t correct and we needed a different part than was previously told to us. The guy that came out to do the diagnostic was nice, but ultimately we felt ripped off by this company.

The crew was extremely professional, respectful of our space, and left everything spotless when they were done. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality really stood out. I highly recommend Blue Star for anyone looking for top-tier HVAC service with trusted Trane equipment!

Blue Star Air conditioning fixed our AC very quickly. Eugene found the leak in the evaporative coils and suggested the repair. Sanjay was able to have the part shipped from the factory overnight. Eugene came back the very next day and replaced the coils. Unit is blowing ice cold air again; we are very happy. The cost for the repair was not cheap but comparable to other companies, actually slighter better. I would recommend Blue Star Air Conditioning for AC needs.

Blue Star provided a very competitive price on a Seer2 15 5ton variable speed heat pump air conditioner. The team was knowledgeable and friendly. They went beyond my expectations even replacing two circuit breakers and providing UV light. I would highly recommend Blue Star.

Called Blue Star for analysis of central HVAC issue; review scheduled for same day. Service rep arrived as scheduled -- friendly and informative, checked out system and reported "blown breaker" on unit disabled heat function, but freon supply apparatus needs replacement, no repair possible solely on freon distributing unit. Estimated cost at circa 4K to 6K dollars bur noted great age of HVAC unit: He recommended best consider replace entire HVAC unit, est at 8K + dollars. Paid $90.00 for service and done. Well done.

The owner, Sanjay, reached out to me to perform and unscheduled system test to ensure the system’s parts were working properly. The technician that came, Eddie and his partner, explained the whole thing and sent me a copy of the report. Happy to report all things were working properly. I further asked Eddie about the 6-months maintenance since it was supposed to be due and he was happy to do the maintenance after the testing. He explained the whole package and process to which I am happy to report I feel is totally worth it to keep the unit in top notch condition. My husband and I totally recommend this company over and over again.

24 August 2022 (Unit Installation):
I don't have enough compliments for this company. They are great in customer service, quality work and providing great pricing! We needed a new HVAC unit after our last one failed in the beginning of Aug when is hottest. They lend us a portable ac unit in the meantime. I went through 10 different local companies, which most gave me 2 to 4 quotes each. Husband and I debated between 3 brands (Trane, Carrier, and Bryant) but had others to consider like Rheem. We decided for Trane given their reliability and highest failure rate because Trane is a top brand. We even checked the Consumer Report. I had 4 different vendors quoting me for Trane and Blue Star offered us the best system (latest) and most efficient at 21 SEER variable speed (4TWV0X36) heat pump & latest air handler (TAMXA0C42) which is the best and latest model. The two paired up provide for best efficiency. And still Blue Star prices were very competitive when compared to the other 3 vendors. The other vendors quoted us lesser products in efficiency (16 or 18 SEER) and not the best models and yet at much higher prices. Blue Star also had the best reviews and for sure they did quality installation and have been trained and certified by the manufacturer. The 3 guys (Jose, Willie and Unis) that came for the installation on 8/24/22 were courteous, professional, hard working, and seem kind too. They explained and showed me what they were doing and what they found from previous installation. They told us how the system works and explained how to care for it properly. They had a hard time getting the underground copper line out from previos installation due to improper installation. While most other vendors wanted to reroute the pipe through the attic, these guys got it out ingeniously. I saw it took them a while but they got it done! They made me comfortable. They built trust! We did not feel like we were being taken advantage of. Sanjay, the owner, is great aslo to work with and is involve in the process all the way through. He gave us his mobile number too. He helped us select a unit and offered us the best one at the best price and with a great financing offer too! He followed up with us in the days to follow the installation also to ensure everything is working and looking right. Sanjay accommodated to my work schedule too. I work in procurement and acquisitions and I did my research thoroughly and found this company to be best. Even the lady at the office, Angel, has been amazing and super courteous and profesional, which is highly appreciated! She helped alleviate our every concern. So, I would recommend Blue Star over and over again for Trane units and for maintenance of other brands. Their rates I feel are unbeatable and still provide great quality service! We will definitely keep them! Thank you! ☺️
A week later or so Louie and Eddie came by to follow up on the installation and ensure everything is working properly. They are always punctual in my experience!!
