Allen and Mike were our service men and they did a great job!! They showed us how to maintain the unit.

The schedulers were very easy to work with and the technicians did an exceptional job. We were very happy with the result.

I did research and saw all the positive reviews. I met with Dan in sales and liked the way I was treated as a customer. The installers, Brad and Justin were very experienced and solved any problem that needed attention. I had both inside and outside units replaced, all the copper and drain pipes. The new programmable thermostat works great. Parker and Nate showed up shortly after to replace two attic ducts. Good work once again. Then Patrick came out to install the blue light in the inside unit. Everyone supported each other, great teamwork.

I originally left only 1 star but when the company reached out to me and explained, I realized it was a misunderstanding. I love that this company is a small family owned business and that they give a very personal explanation of my situation. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

We have used several AC Companies in the past and have settled on Scott's. They have been very responsive, honest and straightforward on billing, as well as very thorough on the work they do. All of the technicians have been good, but Christian has been exceptional. He does a thorough analysis, answers all of our questions and really takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. He is very nice as well. Excellent work Christian!

Alan did service on our two AC units. Scheduling was easy, they were thorough and the price was reasonable. Would recommend.

It’s been a long process, but Scott did call personally to make sure that our ac unit was working properly. They even upgraded to the correct size unit we needed after many repairs and issues. Alan Palanco with Scott’s Heating and AC has been my AC tech for several years. He is friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. He always reminds me when it’s time to renew my maintenance contract which I also did today!

Daniel and his assistant/trainee (Pedro ? Forgot his name). They both came and looked at the error messages I was getting on my Eco Bee thermostat. Daniel was very knowledgeable and explained and fixed what was needed. Appreciated all of the information they shared.
