D’accord Alvarez did an excellent job! He has been the only one to ever tell me that my hot water system needed to be maintained. I never knew that! He fixed several issues in the house and I greatly appreciate his knowledge and workmanship!

We had a regularly scheduled maintenance visit with Frank Gay, and Michael Cavuoto was our electrician. Earlier in the day, we discovered that three outlets in our home had stopped working, and Michael spent the time to thoroughly troubleshoot the issue. He was patient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Michael figured out the problem and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left.

We are very impressed with his work ethic and attention to detail. I couldn’t recommend Michael Cavuoto, and Frank Gay — more highly! Excellent service.

Frank Gay Plumbing wins the day!!
We were preparing for a home inspection happening the next morning and discovered one of the faucets in our home needed the posi-temp cartridge replaced. I called Frank Gay around 4 pm, and they were able to send out OPM4-MATT HOLMES SAME DAY!! He was polite, professional and corrected the issue all before 8 pm. It truly made all the difference.

I had the extreme pleasure of meeting Frank Gay technician Victor Mena. He was knowledgeable and courteous. He helped me order a new AC unit and the process was smooth. He broke all the cost and warranties down so that it was easy for me to understand. Then Two other Technicians Yoani and William completed the installation. They were efficient and thorough. They even cleaned up once they were done.

Overall, excellent experience having our hot water heater assessed for a leak. The Frank Gay technician, Matt Holmes, assessed the situation and let us know we only needed a repair rather than a full hot water heater replacement. Matt then immediately got the necessary parts and completed the repair in short order. Terrific work overall!

AVOID FRANK GAY!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. We hired frank gay to redo our AC ducts and some electrical work. The story starts three days before Memorial Day where they text me saying that they’re coming to the house to do work but give me no time or no information as to what work they’re doing. Tried calling six or seven times got the runaround finally on Memorial Day when they were supposed to come, we finally got answer saying that “Oh it’s for the electricity and now they’re coming on Wednesday”. When electricity gets here they tell us they can’t do the work that they were supposed to do because they didn’t coordinate with Duke energy to shut off the power. So they were only able to complete the AC circuit box outside. A couple days later we got another text saying that service has been scheduled without getting a phone call as to what the service is for or when. We finally get them on the phone after multiple attempts and they tell us that it’s for a AC work and that the person has to come do the heat mapping Friday. Well, the person to come do the heat mapping that Friday shows up hours late(scheduled for 8-10am arrived 4:30pm). Yesterday and today they are doing the ductwork and these people decide to take out all of our ducts before they have the replacements. They finished tearing out, basically our whole entire attic by 12 and the replacement ducts don’t show up until 5 PM which is closing time for them because they will not work past 5pm. So we had to find alternative sleeping for the night with two large dogs, Who mind you have been sweating it out all day yesterday and today on 90+ degree days (infront of a fan with plenty of ice water but still you try having a fur coat on in a FL summer day) Fast forward to today, it is currently 5 PM as I’m writing this, and they are only halfway done with putting in the vents and returns into the ceiling which THEY OVER CUT on, and all the holes now have to have drywall people come to my house to fix the over cuts. We were promised this would be completed by today and it’s not going to be. We have contacted customer service multiple times and all they can tell us is that the ticket is being elevated. No manager has called us. No one in the company seems to care. Meanwhile, my house is destroyed and we will have another night without AC.

I recently had Keith Robinson from Frank Gay Plumbing come to handle some issues, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Keith was incredibly precise and kind throughout the process. Even though he had to deliver some bad news, the final outcome was excellent, and I truly appreciate his professionalism. Highly recommend!

Keith was so professional and kind. He kept me in the loop with everything he was doing and was great at explaining how the piping in the house worked as well as secondary issues that he found. Its nice knowing that there are still people that have pride in what they do. Hes a master at work! Very happy that Dwayne from Frank Gay Services could very quickly resolve our toilet stoppage. I did think it was covered under the warranty from the November 12 work done. So it hurt to have to write another check. Nonetheless, the quick response and resolution on Christmas Eve was certainly a 5 star event! I will always recommend your company!

I have had 8-yes 8 Frank Gay employees @ my home for the past 2+ weeks! You name it, it happened to me. This is my second review, as it is involving my 23 yr. old Trane AC. It needed replacement, but wasn't ready for the time or expense, until a nice tech, Carlos, said they could replace it the next day (a Sunday no less) Both Anthony & Eta arrived on time and went straight to work, removing, replacing, and hooking me up with a beautiful new Trane. They even removed the cement slab and replaced it with a clean new pad. Very impressed with solid workmanship ( difficult to find nowadays) with polite, respected and no judgement workers. They worked until the job was finished, cleaned up everything with a smile. So pleased I chose the company ( I've used before, but nothing this big). Two great employees and world highly recommend they be used if your in need of qualified AC techs..

Frank Gay was a lifesaver thanks to the expert care we received from Jaylen Roulo. Javier Flores and his son delivered outstanding service installing our new Carrier A/C unit. From start to finish, they worked efficiently, professionally, and with great attention to detail. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of the installation.

They were respectful of our home, explained everything clearly, and made sure the system was fully tested before wrapping up. The air is already cooler and more consistent throughout the house, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

It’s rare these days to find a father-son team who work this well together and care this much about doing the job right. I’d highly recommend Javier and his son to anyone needing HVAC work done. Five stars all the way!

My experience having Frank Gay replace our shower value cartridge was excellent. The tech that helped us was Ben Tongue. Ben was very knowledgeable and did a great job helping us understand the details of the project from beginning to end. It was a pleasure to work with him and we plan to use Frank Gay for any of our future plumbing needs. We have used Frank Gay now a couple of times. They are a credible and solid company.
