Excellent service! We had a main waterline break Saturday morning. Called Frank Gay and they were able to send someone that day. The technician, Mario Bermudez, arrived just before the time I was given. He was able to fix the break in about an hour. Very happy that we were able to have our water back on before the end of the same day as the break. Thank you Frank Gay and Mario for quick and excellent service!!! Highly recommend!

We had a large soft tissue clog at my mother’s house, courtesy of my 5 year old, we called Frank Gay and they sent out technician Keith out. Keith was quick efficient, and very thorough. He explained every step to my elderly mother, and she was able to trust him to do the work and charge appropriately. Sometimes we worry that companies may take advantage of these “shitty” situations and over charge. But Keith provided fair pricing, and went above and beyond. For this being an emergency Sunday service, we couldn’t be more thankful.

Brian Valentin came to our home to provide us with an estimate for a new HVAC unit. He was very professional and courteous and definitely went the extra mile to make sure he not only knew what we wanted but also provided us with an estimate with multiple options from which to choose. He made it easy to accept his estimate and to feel assured we had made the right decision.

Once again Frank Gay Services helped to solve my problems. I needed a new kitchen faucet and some water valves changed out. Mario Bermudez took care of those services quickly and professionally!
I’d also like to send a positive review for Jason Hildago who replaced my garbage disposal with ease. I appreciate the way Frank Gay Services helped me by sending these knowledgeable technicians to solve my kitchen sink issues.

Our Plumber OPS-09 Jason Hidalgo was amazing and did the job so smoothly, educated us while he was here and showed us everything that was being replaced. A true master of his craft. Hire more people like Jason !!!!

Great service. Price for the repair appears to be extremely high. Technician was fantastic explaining the entire process. We have used Frank Gay for multiple services now and every single tech that has come out has been so so helpful. We love our family maintenance plan so we know everything that’s going on with our house.
We recently had an electrical problem (tried to DIY it 😂) and one of their techs, David Armstrong, came to the rescue. He was so nice and even crawled up in our attic to make sure everything was done correctly! We really appreciate his help and hope if we ever run into any more issues he can be our guy!!

This is the second time we have used Frank Gay Services and it is because of their technician Brad Davidson. He is truly fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable, responsive and detail oriented on his installation and quotes. He did a fantastic job replacing our water heater. Five stars review for Brad and his team!

Just wanted to write a review about a great crew!
It’s our first experience w/Frank Gay Services & so far we’ve been very happy with Carlos who fixed our old, broken 29 year old A/C after it suddenly went on the blink last week! We also signed up that day for a new A/C unite w/Frank Gay!

The very next day, the crew showed up promptly & on time to install our new unit. They were very respectful & friendly even to our dog Max.

Alexis, their lead, explained what he, Hermivier & Javier would be doing that day which was to remove our 30 year old A/C unit & replace it with a brand new unit. It was a job that should take roughly 5 hours or so, provided there were no issues. They worked quietly & steady & things seemed fine. But then there was an issue.

See, our A/C unit was old! And our house was the actual sales unit from which the houses in this community were sold from 30 years ago…so there was unusual upgrades & setups which were made back then.

As a result, many of the elements in our home have become out of date, out of stock & very difficult if not impossible to replace. In order to complete the job, the crew needed a specific part which they didn’t usually carry.

But the crew didn’t just quit & go home after 5 hours of work. They didn’t leave us in the heat! They reached out to their supervisor, Mr. LaQuann, who was far away & he located the missing part needed, drove far to pick it up & delivered it to my house asap. What should’ve took the crew 5 hours would take them double that time to complete…but they didn’t give up. They made it happen for us & they got the job done well into the evening! LaQuann even brought a bucket of KFC for them & we were delighted to see how he cared for his crew!

My husband & I felt so bad for them because we know that their day was long & hot as they continued to work to complete the installation of the new A/C unit. They didn’t complain or tell us they were gonna come back tomorrow to complete the job & for that we were so grateful.

My husband is battling cancer & having no A/C really affected him adversely. So when we could feel the cool air begin to flow again that evening, we were overjoyed & truly grateful that this crew didn’t give up but the stood the course & finished the job for us!

Around 9pm or so, they were done. Hermivier was the last to leave & when we saw him start to sweep up the area where they were working, my husband told him it wasn’t necessary & that we could finish sweeping. We knew he had a long day & we told him that he could go home but he wouldn’t leave until the job was 100% complete! He swept up the entire area making sure it was spotless. Then he explained how to use the new thermostat before he left for the day! He was clear & thorough w/his instructions of the device!

We definitely recommend FRANK GAY Services & have signed up with them for duct cleaning & A/C maintenance so we will be seeing them in the future! This gives us peace of mind moving forward & we are grateful!

The tech was great but the price was 1100.00 for fixing a leak on the water service to my home. 3 ‘ of pipe in a hole 16” deep.The price was too high.
I will not request future service from Frank Gay.
The first tech said that they would not warranty their work. But they know they have you cause you got no water service to your home. That’s what I call taking advantage of people. It only took him an hour and a half at most. 😕

I installed a new AC and fixed a few Ducts. I highly recommend them for your AC needs. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are 100% satisfied with their work. All Technicians are knowledgeable, professional and punctual.

Signed up for the their maintance plan on our vacation condo. Had the AC/electrical service done as well as a plumbling/hot water tank replaced.
All service completed was an 8/10 however for what we paid for the hot water tank and install we can no long close the door properly as before install and the tank installed was the exact same as one replaced. Also, the exterior of our home where the tanks were brought in and out made such a mess that our HOA/building monitor is making us have to make the entrance as before which will require painting and other projects on our part.
The biggest resons for a 1 star review are their pricing is excessive. We had to do it due to our schedule but could have atleast saved 35% using other local service companies.
Lastly and most unacceptable... I have tried on three different conversations to end annual service agreement/contract. Each time I am told I would be receiving a confirmation email showing cancellation and have yet to see any email.

Juan Arboleda was very knowledgeable and finally fixed the switch. I feel safe knowing all wiring is and done right! Great customer service.

Don't waste your time and money. Sent a kid out who knew less about plumbing than I do and all he wanted to do was upsell services that had absolutely nothing to do with my kitchen sink drain clog. Wanted to check water pressure for a drain clog? Wanted to charge $1500 for drain de-greasing without even trying a snake or camera? Upsell included scary pictures of grease buildup in commercial drains. What a shady business model. Charged $39 for diagnostic services. I asked him what he diagnosed and he had to admit nothing. Steer clear of this company for plumbing, electrical, or any other "service" they offer.

UPDATE: Frank Gay rep called me today to ask if there was anything they could do to make up for the poor experience. I said refund my $39 since they did nothing to earn it. They said they would only if I changed my 1 star rating to 3 stars. I told them my integrity was worth more than that and they could keep it.

BTW I had the clog removed by Tony Squiteri plumbing for $300 later that day. Tony Squiteri provided fast, friendly, knowledgible, professional, and honest service.

OE-10 Hector Maura provided an Excellent service from start to finish He was professional, attentive, and efficient. Everything was handled smoothly, and I truly appreciate the care and attention to detail. Highly recommend! We truly satisfied with his work.

Five stars for Lucas! ⭐️ I was stressed about a shower leak, but they got me an appointment immediately. Lucas was a total pro—fast, friendly, and clearly knows his stuff. He finished the job in record time and left the house in fabulous condition. It’s rare to find service this seamless!
