Each experience I have had with Wesson Air, Inc. has been fantastic. Wesson is on time, professional, courteous, respectful of my home & they inform me of my service as it is being performed.

My AC went out in the middle of the night during July and Wesson was out to fix the problem the following day by 10am. Although it sucks to be without AC in the dead of the summer, Wesson Air cam out promptly to fix the issue. Thanks to Mark and his team great service.

Jerry did a great job quickly analyzing our problem and solving the issue. He was professional and friendly, describing the problem and the solution. Wesson came out on the same day the problem was called in and thankfully repaired our AC problem. I highly recommend Wesson Air

My landlord used Wesson to put in a new air conditioning unit, their service was unbelievable, Joe the electrician was so professional, has unbelievable customer service, he coordinated the whole project, it was so smooth, everything came out excellent. I recommend Wesson for anyone in need of air conditioning replacement and service!

Great company to do business with. John's estimating is very accurate with respect to system sizing, and the installation quality is excellent. Owner, support staff, and technicians are fantastic. If only the new Trane equipment was as good as the installers!

Tech Michael was not only efficient and more than competent but informative, helpful and friendly to boot! The highest marks all around, especially in contrast to the unbelievable lack of customer service experiences in every other part of my daily life these days. Dishonest company that doesn’t stand by their work. I had another HVAC company come out after issues with my current AC that Wesson Air was “maintaining.” They were shocked to find a gaping hole in the air handler. When I spoke to Marc (Wesson Owner) about it he was very rude and kept saying “in a perfect world my tech’s would’ve told you about it, but they’re not qualified to do that.” You have to be an oxymoron to see a giant hole (larger than my fist) and not have the slightest inkling that something isn’t right. Marc refused to fix it, but beyond that, he refused to take accountability for his techs not even bringing it up to me. He ended up hanging up on me rudely.

I was very diplomatic and polite with him over the phone and honestly his whole attitude left a bad taste in my mouth. I can’t fathom speaking to a customer the way he did so freely. There is nothing that sets an HVAC company out from any competitors other than good old customer service and integrity - neither of which Wesson Air has.

Hannah, the receptionist, was amazing. No complaints about her.

I try to support local companies but I will absolutely be letting neighbors know not to work with Wesson.

They are very professional, they monitor your system and come out if something isn’t perfect, they are on time, they send a photo of the repair person, they are responsive to any concerns, and they are personable. They installed our HVAC system a few years ago and it has been smooth sailing.

We've use Wesson air for going on 9 years now for our home AC. They have been wonderful! Always professional and what they quote is what you pay, no sudden add ons or extra labor hours. Also when they fix something it staus fixed. I highly recommend them!

My hvac unit stopped communicating w the thermostat last Friday night. I called Wessons answering service. They had a technician here in less than 24 hours. The tech, Steve, came out and was very courteous and efficient. My A/C stopped working because of a rather unusual problem, and he was quick to diagnose and fix the unit in under an hour. While doing the repair he inspected the unit and didn't try to include any extra or unnecessary service. I would highly recommend both Steve and Wesson Air.

We have used Wesson Air to purchase new AC units and to maintain them for 10+ years. I have always been impressed with the integrity, professionalism and competence of everyone affiliated with their company and appreciate their great service.

The office & field technicians are always friendly and courteous to deal with. The techs arrive on schedule and perform their duties efficiently. Have never had a problem with this company. I highly recommend them, as they are honest and have never suggested any unnecessary repairs.

11/11/20: I am doing a follow up review as since the installation I have had some leaks in the airhandler. I had them come out to diagnose the leaks. They came out promptly and addressed the leak issue. Steve the technician that started up the unit after installation did a very thorough diagnostic review, identified the problem and worked diligently to resolve the leak. While Steve was working the Service Manager arrived at my home. He wanted to make sure that the best diagnosis was made and the leak was identified and resolved. Anytime I have ever needed to have AC work or warranty work conducted the staff and/or owner has provided excellent service and resolved the problem quickly with very resonable rates or in this case no cost warranty work. Simply the best company to do business with when AC or Heating issues need to be addressed. Mjb.
