My mothers AC system went out over a the memorial holiday weekend. Home maintenance issues always find a way to go out at the worse time possible. James was professional, prompt and resolved the issue quickly. He took the time to explain the problem and even how to manage the issue should it happen again. The charges were very reasonable and I will definitely be a returning customer when the time comes for help again. I love being able to support smaller companies with that personal care and interaction. Thanks so much!

Woke up in the middle of the night to 85 degrees. Turned out some faulty wiring caused the unit to heat instead of cool. James came out within a few hours of calling him (arrived ahead of time), diagnosed the issue quickly, and had my AC up and running in no time. He explained the issue to me and answered all my questions patiently. The repair cost and service call fee were more than reasonable, and I’m glad it wasn’t a bigger issue. Would highly recommend Captain Comfort to anyone in need of HVAC services.

Captain Comfort is a real life superhero!! Captain was highly recommended to me and he did not disappoint. I got multiple quotes and his was considerably below the other quotes I received. Captain Comfort is very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed my issues but ultimately lead to a new A/C unit that I am extremely happy with :)

AC Cowboys installed our mini split system today and did an outstanding job. Their service was excellent from start to finish—professional, courteous, and efficient. We had a great experience with AC Cowboys. They came and replaced our AC in such a timely manner and with such professionalism. One technician, whose name I unfortunately can’t remember, was extremely helpful in showing me everything after it was completed. Plus one of our dogs loved him!

There are three companies that I go to when I have problems with electricity, plumbing, and AC. AC Cowboys is my go to company. Matt the owner has assembled a team of well mannered, professional, and experienced individuals. Their prices are very reasonable. When they leave I feel my AC can go on forever.
As an update to my previous post Jason came out to look at my A/C. He found that he could not diagnose the system because it had completely frozen. He came back the next day, started the A/C and came back with the news, New A/C is needed. There was a freon leak (outlawed for the past 8 years) and to replace everything and patch the leak was going to cost too much. The AC was from 2008. I decided to do some research and AC Cowboys provided me their recommendation. They also provided the ability to finance.
By the following business day, permits were pull, finance was approved, new A/C was delivered. A/C Cowboys is a well oiled company. Finally, the old handler was disassembled and brought down in pieces from the attic by Jeremy, Tyler and JJ. The old AC unit was also disconnected and put in their truck. The new handler and AC were installed and when they turned it on, it ALL Worked.
From Matt the owner validating with me the proper SEER, to Lisa scheduling the service and installation, to Twilah helping me with the Duke Energy Rebates and inspection, and the Techs, I go nowhere else but AC Cowboys.

Twilah and Mike were both very nice, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend AC Cowboys!

Wow. These people don't kid around. Replaced a 15 ton comercial AC unit in one day, for an amazing price. There was a problem indicated in the evening after they departed. It was resolved by one of their techs by noon the next day.

AC Cowboys did a terrific job! They came an hour after I called, even though it was a holiday weekend. Dave resolved my issue. Hooray!

Called the office and Lisa got us set up to have a tech come out and fix our issue with the AC quickly. Mike was super friendly and got everything fixed quickly!

The guys did a great job! The scheduling was easy. They notified me the day before when they would show up. They showed up on time. They were clean. They found some issues during their work and fixed it the right way. The owner stayed after the job was done to explain everything they had done. Great job!!

Jason called 20 minutes before arrival and was on time. He discovered a significant blockage in the condensate line and spent quite some time to methodically clear it. He was extremely courteous and professional. My AC is now working. Highly recommend AC Cowboys.
