We called late on a Friday afternoon and receive an evaluation of our system at 8am the next day. Our system was 15yrs old we knew it was time to replace, Captain Comfort gave us a selection of system choices so we could choose the one that suited our comfort needs. The following Tuesday Captain Comfort arrived on time walked us through every step, worked professionally, efficiently and friendly. The new system was up and running in less than 5hrs. James and Michael were extremely punctual and polite when arriving to do an annual maintenance on my A/C system. They completely checked the system in about 30 minutes! I was extremely impressed by their professionalism, reasonable rates and rapid response to my request for service. I will call them again for my A/C needs. Thank you, Captain Comfort!

Amazing service! Needed an emergency repair, house was very hot. Another company took half a day to inform they had the part we needed and tried to schedule the job for 2 days away! Captain Comfort found the necessary part within an hour and had the job completed at a reasonable price within a few hours. Very professional, friendly, and fast. Would give more stars is possible. Could not recommend more highly!

They were very professional and on time! Mikey came over on a weekend to check our AC because it wasn’t blowing cold air and stayed til the job was done. They have fair pricing and GREAT Quality work. I HIGHLY recommend them and they are now saved in my phone as my AC Repair Company. I have had issues with other companies in the past (as we all have) but didn’t have any of those issues with this company. I always read reviews to make sure we hire the right company so I wanted to share my experience!

These guys just saved me! My a/c went down on Labor Day. I had another company come diagnose my system and they determined I needed a full replacement. Sitting in a 88 degree house with an 8 month old baby I nearly handed my credit card over for $9k strictly on emotion. Before I spent thousands on a new system, a friend told me to call Captain Comfort just for a 2nd opinion. I asked them to come quote me a new system, and they didn’t even do that. After a few minutes they were able to determine they could fix the problem and have me running again for several more years before I needed a new system. The price was very reasonable, they were honest, professional, and they took the time to explain what the issue was vs. just providing a quote and asking for my $. In this industry you just want someone who is knowledgeable, and someone you can trust will do what’s best for the customer and not their pocket book. That’s exactly what I got out of Captain Comfort. Thanks fellas!

I have finally found an AC expert that I will continue to use. They were hired to replace my old duct work and add insulation to my attic. Prior to the work, they explained thoroughly how they would obtain my desired result. Once the work was completed, my home was much more comfortable than before. This especially holds true for our master bedroom that was almost ten degrees hotter than the rest of our home. Thank you guys for the excellent work and professionalism. I highly recommend these guys to anyone who wants a reliable hardworking AC expert.

Came home from a pool party on Memorial Day weekend to a house that was 80 degrees and climbing. It was 10pm and my 'go to' people were not responding to my calls for help. I found Captain Comfort on Google and figured I would give them a call. I left a message and within 10 minutes received a call back. At 7am he was here the next day (on Memorial Day) and by 8am he was done. What I thought would be thousands of dollars turned out to be a few hundred. Fast, Friendly, Fair & Reliable. AC is ice cold! I will be using them for all my AC needs. Captain Comfort saved the day!

James is really amazing. We have been renovating our house and he has been extremely helpful to us. He’s a very honest person and always shows up when he says he will. He is not a salesman type of guy and tells us to fix or purchase things that we ONLY need, never trying to up-sale. He’s a very patient man and we always appreciate him! I 100% recommend!

Captain Comfort to the rescue!!! They responded right away and were able to pretty much diagnose my issue over the phone. They were able to fit me in the next day and came out and the issue was exactly what they thought it was. They arrived on time, were professional and got the job done quickly. The prices were very reasonable and so thankful for the warranty. I have already recommended them to a few friends in need. Have also signed up with them for the annual maintenance package. So glad I finally found a friendly and reliable ac company I can count on!

The quality of Captain Comfort's work is 5 Star all the way. Not only do they do what they say they are going to, but they take the time to call and keep me updated. James and Mike simply do a great job, at a reasonable price and can be 100% depended on. You can't ask for much more than that.
UPDATE: I have now been with Captain Comfort for about 3 years, and their superior level of service has not wavered. I still highly recommend Captain Comfort.

Great service from James at Captain Comfort! My AC died late in the afternoon during a very hot 95 degree day and I called around 5:00 p.m. and James came to my house on his way home at 7:00 p.m. to fix my AC! He was fast and efficient and very professional and diagnosed the issue very quickly without trying to sell me anything. I highly recommend his services.
