Andres and Angel were very professional and they were very detailed with the explanation of problem. They took their time explaining how I could help my AC go further and they were very fast and they cleaned up any mess they made. If I could give them 10 Stars I would. Superior service!

Driver of this van is absolutely ridiculous. First off, driving completely erratically all over the road, while texting, riding people's tails and nearly caused an accident with my 4 month old in the car. He was NOT in a turn lane yet when the turn light turned green he cut into my lane nearly hitting me. I had to slam on my breaks and honk my horn to which he kept going and threw his hands up aggressively. Absolutely ridiculous. Also tried to call the number... 3 times and no one answered even though they claim to be 24/7.

Their company truck hit my car and when processing through insurance the safety coordinator Ray Rodriguez told the insurance that the company would pay out of pocket. After getting a quote he failed to answer my calls and voicemails after two months. I am not going through insurance but this is very unprofessional. My calls were never answered after the quote was obtained. It is very disrespectful to be wasting my time and money with the damages of my car from your companies vehicle.

Who ever was driving this truck on 9/2/25 at 7:10 am nearly hit me in a Publix parking lot. Instead of going down an aisle like a normal person, they thought of the bright idea of driving through parking spaces. I was backing up and already into my aisle and here comes this truck all fast. I honked and instead of stopping and letting me continue to drive off, they swerved around me through more parking spaces. Unnecessary, they could've just waited. We ended up at the same place, no need to rush and almost hit someone.

Clayton was rude, ignorant and unprofessional at my location.

I got a hold of Clayton and explained the issue with my ac. I let him know my wife and young children are in the house and was hoping someone could come out asap. I could tell he has a family himself and cares about people because he prioritized us and pulled his service manager out of the office to help. My wife kept me updated as I was at work and spoke very highly of Pedro. I highly recommend this company.

They were prompt quiet and very efficient. I had taken the morning off work & they were done within 30 minutes! They also gave great tips on how to make sure it is maintained properly! One more reason to use vinegar! I highly recommend their service they always put the customer first!
