B&G Air Specialists provided excellent service. They provided an estimate promptly and answered all of my questions thoroughly. On the day of installation, the team worked tirelessly to get the equipment installed and running as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Glenn, Terry and the entire B&G team!

If I can give them 0 stars, I would. Two techs came to my apartment and replaced the ac inside the apartment but when they did it they came back and said the new unit for the outside is broke and they would be back first thing in morning to replace it. Well it has been 24 hours and still have not heard from anyone and still out with no ac. The tech said it was the unit outside that was broken. Then why bring a broken new unit and replace the inside without testing it. So since the inside is fixed and they cannot hook up new inside to the outside due to voltage difference. Why would you change the inside first? Now still stuck with no ac and it's 86 in my apartment. The techs are liars. My manager to my apartment complex said they went to another job this morning. Seems like this company doesn't care about anything but money. Buyers BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

B&G Air Specialists replaced our Longwood, Florida gas furnace and air conditioning system last week and we could not be more pleased with the final product. The new Rudd furnace and air handling unit were neatly installed in tight quarters with every wire and pipe perfectly in place. The new outside condensing unit was also perfectly installed. Everyone we dealt with at B&G, management and technical staff, were all extremely courteous and took extra care to make sure the job went smoothly and that we had all the information we needed, both before and after installation. We would highly recommend B&G Air Specialists.

For example, our A/C stopped working on a Saturday night during the busy Christmas season. The next morning, owner Glen was at our home, found and fixed the malfunctioning wire, and refused payment for a Sunday morning visit. You just can't find honest, expert service like that anywhere. Our HVAC system stopped working on late Tuesday night. I contacted Glenn at B & G Air Specialist late Tuesday night to see if someone could come out. He was able to fit me in early the next morning. He came out and was able to temporarily repair my AC system on the spot to keep me and my family comfortable in our home. He also was able to provide me with permeant solution choices from repair to replacement. We made the decision to replace due to the age of our unit and our need for reliable air conditioning.

B & G was able to schedule installation with in 4 business days of our decision. The installers were on time, professional and did a great job. I appreciated that Glenn and his son Terry both came out during the installation to ensure everything was done correctly.

Overall A++ service and would recommend them to anyone needing repair or replacement services.

The B&G A/C Tech, Jacob, just completed the biannual a/c tuneup on my a/c unit. I’ve been calling on B&G for past 8 years to service my unit, accordingly.
Needless to say, my experience with B&G and Jacob has been extraordinary and without any complications, whatsoever. He has been kind enough to answer my questions in layman terms. My level of comfort, both inside my home and with Jacob, as my tech, has been most enjoyable and rewarding.

I called B&G Air Specialist LLC yesterday at around 4:30 pm after my AC stopped working. I reached a representative who was very professional and helpful. She was able to give me an appointment for a technician to come out the next day. Jake, the technician, was out at the time promised and he did a great job! I’m in Florida so you can understand that in the summertime AC is a not a Luxury it’s a NECESSITY!! Jake did a great job and had my issue resolved and completed quickly! I will definitely call this company for any future AC repair needs!
