I am really not impressed with the cleaning service provided. I asked for a deep clean for a house that is about 1,200 sf. I was given a price of $350 for two cleaners over three hours. I am not a professional cleaner so I assumed that is all it would take to complete a full deep clean of the house.

On the day the appointment was scheduled they arrived on time and seemed like nice people. The house was completely empty of furniture and I tried to stay out their way as much as possible.

About halfway through one of the cleaners passed me their phone to talk to someone I assumed to be the owner. He asked how everything was going and asked me to go through and check that the cleaning that had been completed thus far was up to snuff. I appreciated the call but I did think it was a bit strange that I was asked to check their work. Something is either clean or it isn’t in my opinion.

I went to check and I gave some additional comments to the cleaners but honestly nothing seemed well cleaned other than the oven and floors. Even the things I specifically asked to be taken care of were shoddily done. Nearly every surface seemed like they just sprayed some cleaning solution and wiped it off.

Is it really my responsibility as the customer to double check that every single thing was cleaned correctly and then tell them they need to do better if it wasn’t? I feel like a good cleaning company would take pride in their work and not need to ask if something is cleaned or not.

Now to be fair there were some rather dirty areas in my house like the main shower but if they needed more time to do it right they didn’t tell me or bring it up at all.

This is the first time I have ever had a cleaning done and I expected it to look as clean as how a new apartment might look. It does not. I have had to go back over nearly everything they worked on that was actually dirty because it was cleaned so poorly.

Here is a brief list of everything that I had assumed would be taken care of but was not: living room ceiling fan not cleaned, hard water marks left on the shower doors, floor of shower left dirty from what appears to be dried up dirty cleaning solution, streaks on mirrors, window sills not dusted, light fixtures not dusted, cabinetry not dusted or wiped clean, faucets not cleaned of hard water.

I understand that what I am asking for is probably a more expensive task than what I paid for but the fact that they didn’t ask for more time or anything makes me think this is their typical quality.

I don’t want to tell you to stay away from this business because they are nice people but the lesson I learned is that if you hire them for a deep clean you will have to be extremely explicit in the quality of work you are asking for.

Leah cleaned our house today. She was punctual, and a very pleasant person. She asked me to show her my house and let her know of any areas of concern. She did a great job and cleaned everything from top to bottom. We will recommend her and Affordable Cleaning Service to everyone.

We used Affordable Cleaning for a move-out cleaning. Leah and Tiara were excellent! They did an outstanding job, particularly on our refrigerators, even taking the time to vacuum out the garage! The company is extremely professional and they truly take pride in their work. Highly recommend!

Had my four bedroom, three bathroom home deep cleaned. Leah and Tiara were very professional and experienced. My house feels like it’s brand new inside.

The cleaners were friendly and did a good job, but I do not agree with this company’s pricing practices. I was quoted $348 for a deep clean and later charged $498 without my consent. While I understand prices can vary based on time or labor, no one ever told me during the cleaning that the price was increasing or gave me the chance to approve it.

At the end of the service, the owner briefly mentioned that the shower door cleaning would need to be re-evaluated, but by that point the work was already completed. I was never informed that it would drastically raise the cost.

The owner later claimed I was given opportunities to “ask questions” or “look around,” but those comments never implied that the cost had changed. With no pricing listed on their website and vague communication about rates, the experience felt misleading and unethical. The cleaning itself was fine, but I would not book with them again because of how the billing was handled.

For reference, I live in a 2,000 sq ft home that’s already pretty tidy. I won’t pretend it was spotless, but the work done was definitely not worth nearly $500. I also want to note that $498 was supposedly a discounted rate for my husband’s birthday, otherwise, I would have been charged $537.

If you have an average home with typical wear and tear — like water-stained shower doors or minor bathroom buildup — I’d recommend going with a local cleaner or a company that uses fixed rates. This business model leaves too much room for inflated charges.

I genuinely feel bad for the cleaners themselves; they were lovely and worked hard. Unfortunately, the pricing and communication practices of the company overshadowed an otherwise decent experience.

I contacted Affordable Cleaning Today LLC to assist me with a move out clean of a rental house. From the start, the customer service was impeccable! Francis contacted me with a few questions to make sure he scheduled the appropriate amount of time based on my needs. Leah texted me to let me know she was on the way for the appointment and she arrived with a smile on her face and ready to get started with her day!! Leah is super sweet and very detail oriented. While Leah and Francis we at the house, my landlord arrived and was so impressed with Leah’s work, he asked for their contact information!! Leah left the house smelling clean and glowing!! Such a great decision to use Affordable Cleaning Today!!

I'm not great (or consistent) cleaning, got to a point where I admitted I wasn't doing enough, and, for my own peace of mind, decided it was time to bring in professionals.

After reaching out to a few companies and not hearing back (at all), a late night search turned up Affordable Cleaning. I reached out (literally at 2a), got a response back within an hour or two of them opening for the day, and got things booked. While I don't really have a basis for comparison, I gave them my budget, the price quoted was within that budget, and, as far as I can tell, seemed fair and reasonable.

To be clear, I wasn't looking for or expecting miracles or perfection. Years of hard water, grime, etc. have left their mark (from years before I ever moved in). The goal was to get back to get things back to something normal and maintainable.

Fast forward a bit, Liz and Tiara arrived on time and, after giving them the rundown, they jumped right in. They hit everything I noted and requested, cleaned up years of grime, went above and beyond in some cases, and, overall did exactly what I was expecting (and hoping for). Everything is clean, looks great, and stayed within my budget (and as quoted).

End result, I don't know how dirty or messy things were in the grand scheme of things but I do know that, in a few short hours, Affordable cleaning, Liz and Tiara in particular, took things from being stressful and a burden on my mind to looking great. Not perfect... Budget and time were limited on top of that not being the goal. But it is a million times better than it was... Thank you.

Leah and Tiara came to do a deep clean at our home, and it was honestly wonderful! They were here on time, they cleaned every surface & area that we had. Leah even took out something on our floor that was bothering us! They left the house looking sparkling clean & we can’t thank them enough, especially since we have a newborn coming soon! They did such an amazing job that we decided to move forward with their bimonthly services. Can’t wait to continue their services!
