I would highly recommend Chem-Dry of Tampa to clean your furniture. There were spots on my couch that another company could not remove. The company did a thorough job cleaning the couch and I am very happy with the results. The couch looks great! The price was reasonable and I am glad that I called them to clean the couch, I plan on calling them again to clean my carpets.

Amazing results. I should have taken a before and after. Was a huge improvement as this was for my classroom at my school. So the rugs were pretty bad! Lots of traffic and coffee spill stains. Every stain GONE!! Ted came in and was professional and friendly. He was in and out in 2 hours. The carpets were not saturated wet like other steam cleaners. This is a dry clean. The only moisture came from the spray he used to pull up the stains. I’m booking my home next for both my area rugs and my grout in the kitchen. Thanks Ted!! 10 stars!….UPDATE: Ted came to my home yesterday to do the grout in my kitchen. Huge difference! It looks so clean and he sealed it too. Clean is good! And Ted took all the area rugs to clean offsite. Can’t wait get those back with no dog stench in these rugs!! Update Feb 2026 - Ted came back after our A/C went bust and water leaked everywhere. Left a huge stain. It’s fine now! We were in the office today too and he worked seamlessly around us. Rugs were not saturated like other steamer companies. Our problem was a spraying male cat and they have a new solution that works very well. Give them a call if you want clean carpets that don't take a whole day to dry.

Top notch service! Excellent customer service. Honest and ethical. They cleaned my carpet to as close to new as possible for 15 year old heavily used carpets. Scheduling was quick and easy. Payment even easier. I recommend this small family owned local Buisness. Can't take pictures of the upstairs until the stain treatment dries. Everything else has a 3-hour dry guarantee.

Service was easily scheduled. I was notified they were on the way and we actually a little early. The service was performed professionally and I was kept in the loop throughout the process. Excellent and prompt service! Provided a quote and kept with their commitment. Even did a bit extra and still stayed within the quote. Ted was gentle with furniture and household knick knacks as he provided service. You can tell the difference in how the carpet now looks fresh, rejuvenated, and alive.

I had a soft sofa chair that had dried cat pee deep in the cushion. They were able to remove the smell and left the chair smelling better than new.

Ted called me to advise of his arrival time and was punctual... he offered an estimate to not only clean my carpet but to steam clean all of my travertine flooring, the estimate was more than reasonable. Ted was thorough, efficient, friendly, polite, knowledgeable reference carpeting, tile,grouting,,cleaning/sealing travertine etc. i have been using ChemDry For about 20 years I would never think of using any other means by which to clean my carpeting since all others leave the carpet wet for many many hours thereby allowing mildew to grow in the padding of the carpet and spread.
