Extremely satisfied with their service... I waited way too long and my pool deck was extremely dirty and black in a lot of spaces.. screens and frame weren't much better.. Josiah even moved a bunch of stuff that I couldn't get to before he got here... Looks like new!

Unusual task to clean hardened bird poop of our tile roof and string fish line on the roof top and sloping ridge lines. Josiah did a wonderful job. Roof is clean and he designed and installed the lines on the roof with cleats he designed that grab the tiles rather than using clue or something that would damage the integrity of the roof. I highly recommend Summit Pressure Wash.

I had Summit Pressure Wash clean my roof, house, and pool cage! They fully educated me on the difference between softwashing and pressure washing so I knew exactly what was going to be done. This was not an easy spot on the house to reach and as such could be overlooked even in a paid service visit. Nonetheless they cleaned it up in tremendous fashion, leaving it and the rest of the house looking like new.

The owner of Dultra Monica is not professional and could care less about her customer’s concerns.. she sends different unprofessional cleaners every clean ( every 2 weeks) that do a bad job and she gives excuses upon excuses when asked why she hasn’t considered her customer’s concerns of keeping the same cleaning crew on the job ; she does not provide good quality service for the money she charges
