I thought my couches were toast due to my two puppies. They went through a phase and peed on them pretty good. Ted was amazing!!! This is the best company I have ever ever used. The couches smell like brand new. He also helped me with tips to clean my couches if it happens Again! Worth every single penny! I thought nothing would be a match for my English Mastiff but Chem-Dry did the trick!

The service was fairly priced and itemization allows you to stay in a budget. The staff ( Roshan pardon the typo as it may be spelled differently)was very professional patient with me and accommodated to our situation. Carpets were clean to the best possible , some soot stains and dye stains were hard to get off.

My wife had our master and hallway/spare room cleaned. We had a lot of pet stains and urine in the carpet and it smells and looks like brand new! We couldn’t think Rashawn enough for his skills! Hopefully we won’t need the urine treatment again, but we would recommend anyone to chem-dry!

Prior to writing this, I did a search of the reviews to see if Ted was mentioned, and of course he was. The guy is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

I appreciated how forthcoming he was with his knowledge. There are a lot of people out there who don't want to share what they know out of fear of job security. The true professionals are the ones who are willing to share what they know because they know it's not going to put them out of a job because they're that good. That's Ted.

So while I may try cleaning some of my own furniture in the future, I know if I make a mistake or need a pro, Ted is the guy we're going to call.

Ted came out and did an outstanding job on my carpets. If you want your carpet's clean right then Chem-Dry is the company you need to call. My carpets look like today I had them installed. I had urine stains from my dog., They are completely gone now and no odor. I'm really happy with their work and professionalism. Bruce Garcia

I just want to add that.I had a few stubborn T stains from before. From my other dogs that I had years ago, that reappear.I call them again ,Ted came the next day and took care of them for me and explained to me why they surfaced. Spots are totally gone.
