I highly recommend this company. My parents aren’t able to keep up the daily task of cleaning their home. I called several companies, and Affordable was the only one who called me back in a timely manner. Francis was able to arrange for someone to come out right away, knowing I was only going to be in town for a few days help out my parents. Bailey arrived promptly and was very personable and didn’t outstanding job. She went above and beyond what we expected her to do. We are very happy with the service and highly recommend them.

Francis was very accommodating and understanding when I asked for a deep cleaning for the same week I called. Within minutes of reaching out to his team he was able to book me without an issue.

Leah and Kelly were extraordinary! I have a 3,000s/f home with brand new quartz countertops throughout and polished porcelain tiles. They understood that I'm pro to green and environmental safe products and they were able to promptly accommodate my cleaning requests.

I liked their professionalism so much that I called a couple of days later to have them clean all my slider glass doors and windows.

I will definitely hire them again.

Leah did an AMAZING job on my 2bd 2.5 bath. She got out hard water stains and even some light rusting in one of my sinks! The place looks/smells good as new. I am looking forward to my next cleaning!

I am really not impressed with the cleaning service provided. I asked for a deep clean for a house that is about 1,200 sf. I was given a price of $350 for two cleaners over three hours. I am not a professional cleaner so I assumed that is all it would take to complete a full deep clean of the house.

On the day the appointment was scheduled they arrived on time and seemed like nice people. The house was completely empty of furniture and I tried to stay out their way as much as possible.

About halfway through one of the cleaners passed me their phone to talk to someone I assumed to be the owner. He asked how everything was going and asked me to go through and check that the cleaning that had been completed thus far was up to snuff. I appreciated the call but I did think it was a bit strange that I was asked to check their work. Something is either clean or it isn’t in my opinion.

I went to check and I gave some additional comments to the cleaners but honestly nothing seemed well cleaned other than the oven and floors. Even the things I specifically asked to be taken care of were shoddily done. Nearly every surface seemed like they just sprayed some cleaning solution and wiped it off.

Is it really my responsibility as the customer to double check that every single thing was cleaned correctly and then tell them they need to do better if it wasn’t? I feel like a good cleaning company would take pride in their work and not need to ask if something is cleaned or not.

Now to be fair there were some rather dirty areas in my house like the main shower but if they needed more time to do it right they didn’t tell me or bring it up at all.

This is the first time I have ever had a cleaning done and I expected it to look as clean as how a new apartment might look. It does not. I have had to go back over nearly everything they worked on that was actually dirty because it was cleaned so poorly.

Here is a brief list of everything that I had assumed would be taken care of but was not: living room ceiling fan not cleaned, hard water marks left on the shower doors, floor of shower left dirty from what appears to be dried up dirty cleaning solution, streaks on mirrors, window sills not dusted, light fixtures not dusted, cabinetry not dusted or wiped clean, faucets not cleaned of hard water.

I understand that what I am asking for is probably a more expensive task than what I paid for but the fact that they didn’t ask for more time or anything makes me think this is their typical quality.

I don’t want to tell you to stay away from this business because they are nice people but the lesson I learned is that if you hire them for a deep clean you will have to be extremely explicit in the quality of work you are asking for.

Leah cleaned our house today. She was punctual, and a very pleasant person. She asked me to show her my house and let her know of any areas of concern. She did a great job and cleaned everything from top to bottom. We will recommend her and Affordable Cleaning Service to everyone.
