My wife had our master and hallway/spare room cleaned. We had a lot of pet stains and urine in the carpet and it smells and looks like brand new! We couldn’t think Rashawn enough for his skills! Hopefully we won’t need the urine treatment again, but we would recommend anyone to chem-dry!

I wanted to take a moment to express my overwhelming satisfaction with the recent service provided by Rashawn at our home. He cleaned our couches, chairs, and carpet, and the results were nothing short of perfection. We have used Chem-Dry in the past and have always been satisfied with the results. However, this time, Rashawn went above and beyond to ensure that everything was spotless. Our couch, which typically has issues with water stains and brown stains during the drying process, came out absolutely perfect with no residual stains. Chem dry cleaned our office carpet we thought we were going to have to replace. Well what an amazing job they did. Removed grease , flood water spots and embed dirt. They look amazing!!! Highly recommend!!!

Prior to writing this, I did a search of the reviews to see if Ted was mentioned, and of course he was. The guy is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

I appreciated how forthcoming he was with his knowledge. There are a lot of people out there who don't want to share what they know out of fear of job security. The true professionals are the ones who are willing to share what they know because they know it's not going to put them out of a job because they're that good. That's Ted.

So while I may try cleaning some of my own furniture in the future, I know if I make a mistake or need a pro, Ted is the guy we're going to call.

Ted came out and did an outstanding job on my carpets. If you want your carpet's clean right then Chem-Dry is the company you need to call. My carpets look like today I had them installed. I just want to add that.I had a few stubborn T stains from before. From my other dogs that I had years ago, that reappear.I call them again ,Ted came the next day and took care of them for me and explained to me why they surfaced. Spots are totally gone.

I would highly recommend Chem-Dry of Tampa to clean your furniture. There were spots on my couch that another company could not remove. The company did a thorough job cleaning the couch and I am very happy with the results. The couch looks great! The price was reasonable and I am glad that I called them to clean the couch, I plan on calling them again to clean my carpets.

Amazing results. I should have taken a before and after. Was a huge improvement as this was for my classroom at my school. So the rugs were pretty bad! Lots of traffic and coffee spill stains. Every stain GONE!! Ted came in and was professional and friendly. He was in and out in 2 hours. The carpets were not saturated wet like other steam cleaners. This is a dry clean. The only moisture came from the spray he used to pull up the stains. I’m booking my home next for both my area rugs and my grout in the kitchen. Thanks Ted!! 10 stars!….UPDATE: Ted came to my home yesterday to do the grout in my kitchen. Huge difference! It looks so clean and he sealed it too. Clean is good! And Ted took all the area rugs to clean offsite. Can’t wait get those back with no dog stench in these rugs!! Update Feb 2026 - Ted came back after our A/C went bust and water leaked everywhere. Left a huge stain. It’s fine now! We were in the office today too and he worked seamlessly around us. Rugs were not saturated like other steamer companies.
