Richard was great with scheduling/availability and not to mention pricing. He was recommended by Suds up as Suds doesn’t service the Zephyrhills area. Now my couch is as clean as when I got it, my carpets at home are nice and clean as well and we are happy! We will definitely contact Richard again.

Richard has been amazing to work with! He has done everything from our tile flooring, carpets and even our upholstered furniture. He is very friendly and professional! It’s been so nice to have someone reliable the last couple of years! I highly recommend him for your cleaning needs!

Richard provided a grout cleaning service and a pool paver power wash for our house. The results were very good and Richard pays attention to detail. See the difference between clean and dirty grout in the picture! It does make sense to have someone wet wash your floor after the grout cleaning has been completed and the floor has dried since there will be chemical residue on the floor.

Extremely nice guy! He immediately responded to my request and come out next business day. My carpets look like move-in day. I will be using him again in the future.

We moved into a new to us home and thought we would have to replace the tile and carpets ASAP but, after having Rich come out and clean them we’ve decided to put other priorities first because the floors now look brand new! I called Richard and he was really helpful and immediately scheduled my dryer vent cleaning service. Due to last minute conflict on appointment time (my side), Richard came on Sunday morning.
He did an excellent job with the dryer vent cleaning from inside as well as on the roof. Best part he is extremely courteous ,polite and offered extremely affordable service.

Rich did an incredible job cleaning our kitchen floor grout. It’s like new. And he cleaned my white leather sofa that was quite dirty. It looks brand new!! Very pleased with his attention to detail and work.

Less than 24 hours from phone call to clean area rug! Before and after pictures show how this area rug was returned to its original beautiful white/grey colors! Easy to work with and very efficient! Will hire them in the future for tile floors.
