Taylor always does a phenomenal job cleaning our home. She is thorough and the house is always sparkling after she's done. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had better customer service! I found Nation through Google, and I decided to hire them because of the reviews. I now am so happy to also leave a review, so that others know how amazing they are and can hire them too! Their communication was incredible - responding quickly and keeping me informed every step of the way. Richard shared detailed information about the cleaner they use and reasons why it would take care of the issue. It’s not often you can find someone who does quality work AND has top notch customer service, but Nation Cleaning does! They are trustworthy, professional and incredible cleaners! Amazing hire! I scheduled a deep cleaning service for a property and was originally quoted a price. It took about a week for them to be available, and I waited patiently.

When the day of the service arrived, the cleaner asked for additional money due to the condition of the property. To give some context, they initially quoted 5 hours, which already felt like a lot for a standard deep cleaning of a 3 bed, 2 bath house. They then asked for several additional hours, which I was willing to consider, even though it seemed excessive for the size of the home and the level of cleaning needed, as shown in the attached pictures.

All I asked was to understand what the total price would be before starting the job, which I think is a pretty reasonable and standard request. Instead of clarifying the price, the cleaner decided to leave and not complete the job.

They seemed like nice people, but I wouldn’t recommend them if you’re looking for someone reliable who will follow through. The price changed last minute, and when asked for clarity, they chose to walk away from the job.

I thought my couches were toast due to my two puppies. They went through a phase and peed on them pretty good. Ted was amazing!!! This is the best company I have ever ever used. The couches smell like brand new. He also helped me with tips to clean my couches if it happens Again! Worth every single penny! I thought nothing would be a match for my English Mastiff but Chem-Dry did the trick!

The service was fairly priced and itemization allows you to stay in a budget. The staff ( Roshan pardon the typo as it may be spelled differently)was very professional patient with me and accommodated to our situation. Carpets were clean to the best possible , some soot stains and dye stains were hard to get off.
