Horrible drivers!! Guy almost ran me off the road 12/1/16 on Ulmerton in St. Pete. That loser almost had a law suit that would have put this company in bankruptcy. If their drivers are that inattentive and reckless I can only imagine how they operate as a business.

Pete and Justin were a terrific team.
I enjoyed their professionalism and expertise.

We called Blue Box when the hot water in the kitchen just started to dribble out, same for the guest bath too and it had problems with the cold water too. They gave us an quote $530 cheaper than a competitor to completely remove all the galvanized supply lines (both hot and cold) under the house. It took Plumber Pete a couple days to complete the arduous task but the water now comes out in a strong, full stream and hotter than ever. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Very disappointed that I was charged 166 bucks for them to cut a huge hole in my wall and to tell me what they "think" the problem was, no repairs were done. Had someone else come the very next day and find the leak that you guys missed in the same exact area. Now I have to not only pay the person who actually found and repaired the leak but also pay a separate person to fix the wall. The website emphasizes their affordability and customer service but the lady I spoke with about my experience had a nasty attitude and lacked compassion and empathy. Didn't let me speak to the manager and said she would have someone call me back after cutting me off several times and being extremely dismissive. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Blue Box Plumbing was fast, friendly and informative! My plumber was Pete Semidey he was fantastic. He showed me what was going on with my bathroom. We ended up needing a new toilet. Which he had on his truck! He was great with my 2 year old who wanted to assist him. Pete let my son help open the new toilet and even allowed him to keep the box. My children are still having fun with the box and my toilet is fixed and my bathroom is clean. This has been a great experience. I will call Blue Box Plumbing MY plumbers!

I was pleasantly surprised - Pete was professional and thorough, he explained what needed to be done and finished the job on time. Considering that the last plumber I called left everything a mess Pete ensured that he left everything clean and tidy. He earned my business - I will be calling Blue Box whenever I need a reliable plumber!

My husband only hires the best. He “interviews” and spends time making sure our home is only worked on by the top of the crop. Blue Box has been to our new home many times to fix and repair mistakes from the past owner. He’s been very happy with their work, so I know I can write this review with confidence. My husband is a small business consultant and perfectionist, so if he’s happy, I’m happy. Thank you Blue Box for being reliable and giving insight that helped us avoid future issues. My husband says you’re “reliable and honest” and that speaks volumes, so, I took the time to write this. Thanks Blue Box!

We called these people and they charged us $157.00 for the service call and said they would be here by 4pm. When they did not show they said they would not be able to come until the next day. I called the next day at 1:30 to get an ETA and the guy that answered told me the tech was not responding. So I asked him to cancel and he said I would need to call the office for a refund. So I asked him for the office number and he gave me the same number I just called. So I questioned that and he said yes! So I asked him for the refund and he acted like it was a totally brand new conversation. SO WEIRD! Hopefully, we get a refund, but would NEVER USE THIS PLACE AS IT SEEM LIKE A SCAM!

I’m a procrastinator when it comes to calling for professional help on things that need to be taken care of. But recently a basement wastewater pump attached to my basement bathroom seems to be going off every several hours when the room is not being utilized. Before it would be once or twice a day but now the frequency was getting to me. Luckily, my HVAC guy highly recommended Blue Boxer plumbing and so I decided to give them a call. The first positive point goes to them for actually having a live person answer their phone (I expected a voice recording to request me to leave a message). I explained my situation and was highly surprised to hear someone could be out to my home within the hour (Second positive point since I expected to just make an appointment). Not only was Charles at my door on time but took the time to hear my concerns and looked at all the possibilities to my problem. Turned out to be a leaky toilet tank flapper and valve. I also asked if he had time to check on my other toilet in the main bathroom as well as unclog the bathroom sink, which he said was no problem at all. I must say I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and down-to-earth explanation as to his procedures. All systems are now up to normal. I mentioned to Charles I would be back in touch again with other small projects that were not immediate problems since I was quite pleased. So, for someone who may be a procrastinator like me, do not hesitate. Call. Thank you!

We had no hot water when I woke up. A quick tank inspection revealed the insulation was wet, and water had leaked onto the circuit board. My husband called Bella at 7am. At 9am, a plumber was at the house with a new hot water heater. They always answer the phone and have great customer service!

I highly recommend this company! I had a last minute plumbing emergency and they were here early the next morning to resolve my issue right away. My plumber was extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Wendy was very nice as well.

Outstanding service, Bella plumbing came back out to run camera's to see where the issue is. Two different technicians came out the second time. Both were respectful and professional, kept us informed of the process and problems. Video footage was sent to us next day.

Bella plumbing set up the appointment within a reasonable time frame. The plumber arrived on time was very friendly and completed four jobs very quickly. All are in working order now!

Wow, how organized and such a breath of fresh air on all levels. Communicates, schedules, reminds, and follows up. They were prompt did great work replacing garbage disposal. Reasonably priced. I will be a repeat customer. Very nice and friendly too!

One of their plumbers came out because my water was not getting hot in one bathroom. $220 later and the problem was not fixed. I should have put my hand under the faucet to check myself so that is on me for thinking it was fixed before the plumber left. He was very friendly and professional but as far as hiring Bella plumbing again- no thanks.

Wendy took control of the whole situation from the insurance claim to the fix ! The Technician was kind and courteous and informed me of all repairs and what needed to be done for the best outcome. I highly recommend Bella Plumbing!!
